Çok nezih ve güzel bir tesis.

Great stay in a great place. The hotel consists of several low buildings located among very well-kept greenery full of colorful flowers. Everything is close, and at the same time there is plenty of space for long walks. A wide, sandy beach with gently shelving beach (you can walk along the beach for many kilometers). Sun loungers, mattresses and towels (changeable daily) are free of charge. Many attractions for children - including a mini zoo, animations and separate swimming pools for children. Spacious rooms, cleaned every day. Changed bed linen and towels. The food was very tasty and varied. Practically speaking, you can eat 24 hours a day with short breaks (we arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. and were very surprised because we could use the open restaurant and eat a tasty meal). In the restaurant's daily menu, we found a very large selection of cheeses, vegetables, fruits, pasta, grilled meats, and fish every day. There was a great atmosphere in the hotel - the staff was very nice, helpful and smiling, without the slightest intrusion. There are 5 bars in the hotel, including one (at the reception) open 24 hours a day. The bartenders were always smiling and the cocktails they made were really great. Even though the hotel was 100% full, there were never queues in front of the bars. There were a lot of Poles and Germans in the hotel. A little less Russian-speaking nations, as well as French, Slovaks, English and others. There are a lot of shops and cafes near the hotel where you can buy everything you need.

I highly recommend the hotel. The hotel surroundings are beautiful and green! The beach is wide and sandy with a gentle slope. The food was very good, varied, and a nice bar where you could listen to music in the evening. Special thanks to Hikmet and Ahmet :) for their professional and caring service.

Fantastic hotel and resort. I'm just back from a 10 night holiday at the Alba resort hotel, and I can not fault it one bit. I can not understand how anyone can give this hotel a negative review. They are obviously people who should stay at home. The food is excellent, such a wide variety and choice. Barbaque and freshly cooked meats each night. Mash potatoes, chips roast potatoes. Salad bar amazing, vegetarian selection. Pasta's, pizza, I could go on and on. Breakfast freshly cooked omelette outside, boiled fried eggs. Toasties etc something for everyone. Pool and beach bar snacks were fab, freshly cooked burgers, pizza, chips, meatballs and so on. Pools were fabulous one busier with slides and a lovely quiet pool. Plenty sunbeds available. Beach area lovely with again plenty free sunbeds. Rooms clean and spacious. Bar serves 24hr alcohol which is unusual for all inclusive. Pool bar entertainment was good. Drinks fab, great choice including cocktails. As I said I cannot fault hotel. Staff friendly, approachable and helpful. Down road to right Lucky Luke bar shows live sport just ask and they'll accommodate any game of choice. I would definitely go back to this hotel not one bad word to say about it. Only negative if you can call it one is that it is mainly Polish and German guests but everyone was great.

Hikmet the manager is a very professional but really friendly, kind and warm person. Together with Ahmet they make a great team along with all the staff. I'm really enjoying my stay here and I recommend this place very much. It's my first time in Turkey and I couldn't imagine a better place to spend my holiday in. For sure, I will be coming back here next time. Very nice hotel, the food is amazing and again the staff makes this place really shine ✨️✨️✨️

This hotel has a lot to offer in terms of facilities and family entertainment. The food is good and drinks are good quality. But the service is nowhere near 5 star. Don’t expect to be ‘looked after’. As much as the restaurant and bar staff are pleasant and helpful. The reception staff and management don’t care about you or the comfort of their guests. Overall you get great facilities. There are two big pools and two kids pools. One is more for relaxation and the other had a good range of water slides. The beach is part of the hotel with loungers and refreshments included on the all inclusive. The entertainment is good for kids especially the pool foam party. Food is good and there is a good selection. You get a lot included in the all inclusive that usually require a supplement. Cocktails, wine, ice cream and ice lollies all included. They are all good quality too. The best I’ve had for an all inclusive. Rooms are modern, nicely decorated and comfortable. They are quite compact and not a lot of storage space. But adequate. The WiFi is very poor which is annoying when unable to use mobile data. There was a lot of ants around the hotel and especially in the room. Take care to not drop food/crumbs on the floor. Rooms were cleaned and towels changed every day. Travelling from the UK. This hotel doesn’t seem to get a lot of English guests. Which was not a problem to me as we prefer to be away from English on holiday. the staff all speak many languages. But some staff struggle with English. Again not a problem to me. But may be for some people. Guests were all well behaved and there was no drunk and disorderly behaviour which was refreshing. Likely due to having few English guests. The hotel is hugely let down by its very dismissive and rude reception staff and management. They give a clear impression that you are nothing more than a nuisance to them. If you’re expecting 5 star service and being looked after you’ll be extremely disappointed. I’ve stayed in 2 star hotels that offer a better service than this hotel. Unfortunately on our last day our flight was 14 hours after the 12:00 check out. Having asked several times throughout the week about late check out. The reception staff gave a different answer every time. When I eventually got to request a late check out on the morning of departure. The receptionist said it wasn’t possible. I asked if there was any alternatives as we have a 5 year old. I was unwell, we needed respite from the temperature outside and a place to rest before the exceptionally late flight. I was told we could store our cases in the luggage room and use the spa to shower. Which was not helpful as this meant we had to spend the whole day with no rest or escape from the heat. My tour operator TUI was little help and blamed it on the hotel. They did eventually speak to the hotel who refused to help again. This meant we were unable to shower in private and we did not get any rest. We all returned from holiday with heat exhau

Very nice resort overall had really a pleasant stay, mi kids enjoyed every minute of it and we will certainly go back one day. True hospitality. Surroundings are breathtaking. Everything is cleen immaculate. Recommended for families with kids

The hotel was located in a good location.. The food was ok . A la cart restaurant was disappointing. Some of the waiters couldn't understand English. The evening entertainment was very good. The receptionist were very disappointing. Had to request several times before had anything done. The worst of all they asked us to pay for WiFi in our bedroom!!!. Overall it was ok but not the hotel I would go again.

Excellent hotel with wonderful staff. All areas of hotel very clean and well maintained. Service everywhere was brilliant and can have no complaints. Food is really good quality and we found something to eat for every meal without a problem. Restaurants are well staffed and there is never a wait for table service to remove plates or to order drinks etc. Beach is great and sea is very shallow, which is handy for less confident swimmers. We plan to return next year. Staff really make this hotel what it is and the ones that we have interacted with have been truly a credit to the hotel. Sevda Orhan (by reception desk) helped throughout our stay and made our holiday a better experience. Kabir, Segit Ozan & Burak were bar/ restaurant staff who were truly exceptional and made sure we never had to wait for anything. Sema was our room service and did a brilliant job every day throughout our stay. Köksal & Ugur work really hard to keep the beach area looking clean and were really helpful and hardworking. Look forward to returning next year

In April, we spent a week's holiday at the Alba hotel. We didn't expect it to be so great there. Well-kept, clean hotel, many attractions for children. The most beautiful surprise was the very helpful and friendly restaurant staff, with special words of appreciation for the chef Hikmet and Ahmet and Sedat. I recommend it wholeheartedly, an ideal place for families with children.

Absolutely amazing time. The hotel is a modern, comfortable, with very green territory. Staff are all great, starting from reception at check in, with restaurant, animators, housekeeping. We stayed for 11 nights, and did not want to leave at the end. Honestly, an experience with zero negative moments. Lovely hotel, we are definitely planning to return next year.

We spend a very good vacation from 28th march to 2nd April Special thanks to all Alba resort personnel Clean,calmand beatifull place with friendly staff, all activities such as mini football,beach volleyball ,mini golf,pools and aqua park ,dart games ,tennis court...all were in good condition,all bars and restaurants were clean,foods were good and some were great Really a family hotel Me,my wife and two Suns 8&13 years old ,all are very happy to choose the alba resort Before that we have experienced two other hotels ,the same time years ago more expensive also,but Alba is the best in my Antalya experiences.

If you want to play tennis dont book this hotel. Very bad organized …bad communication. Some straff frendlig.food was good . Room clean. Not much varietions of drink . Even no beer in the minibar.this is frist time for us .. But we not going back to this hotel again.

PROS: - The resort is beautiful, it has pools, beach, gardens, a small place with animals and birds- nice for walks. - Cleanliness: the room was well cleaned daily, the beach and other public areas were clean too. - Staff is very friendly. CONS: - We booked a double room and we received a twin room, so we had to put the beds together. - The staff’s english is very poor overall, but most of them seem to speak well german and/ or russian. - They don’t try to create at least a bit of a turkish experience. It is very standardised for occidental tourists. - The food is low quality, some food does not seem fresh. The 3 of us (my 1 year old daughter, my husband and I) got stomach problems, half of the holiday was compromised because we were sick. - The food does not taste great either. It is plain, some foods are covered in souce and they all taste the same. - The a la carte italian restaurants serves a terrible soup and 3 types of meat- clearly low quality, cold and it tasted like it was reheated in the microwave. The only italian thing about the restaurant are the so called “snacks”- mini portions of pizza, lasagna… but they don’t taste good either. - The a la carte doner restaurant is not great either. - They don’t have food appropriate for young children. The kids buffet does not always have food and when it does it is 3 courses of the normal food, plus cakes… not at all healthy for babies who are just starting to eat solids. - Drinks are also bad and taste like cheap soda. My recommendatione for the hotel management would be to invest more in the quality of the products, try to reduce food waste, try to create more of a turkish atmosphere (if I wanted to listen to german music, I would have gone to a holiday in Germany). I don’t recommend this hotel beacause of the bad experience regarding the food.
