受付のジョーイはとても親切でフレンドリーでした。本当に助かりました。 暖房が効いていませんでした（オフになっていました）が、夜勤の受付係が、仕事が早いスタッフの一人に暖房をつけるように頼んで解決してくれました。

部屋はとても広いですが、ハロウィン期間中なのか外はカーニバルが多すぎて部屋がとても騒がしいです。

ホテルのロケーションも部屋も良かったです！受付の方もとても親切で、また必ず来たいと思います。:)

The hotel is situated well within the city centre. Most of the things are easily accessible, just walking to everything was very helpful. I loved the place, very decent and clean. It was very comfortable and I would definitely stay again as well as recommend it. The security was also very good.

I contacted customer services about 2 issues but no return call! Housekeeper tried to change the temperature but no success. Even the bathroom was far too hot. Roadworks & repairs to the bar below were taking place but no apology. Finally, card box broken into but again, no apology from reception. No amenities used across the road in the pub.

Hotel location on the High street with many restaurants and shops around and supermarkets so its very convenient. Hotel right on the main street so a bit noisy, room is basic , bed is comfortable. The staffs are friendly. This is the third time we stayed in this hotel, will be back again.

was well worth the stay. room was very clean and i had a comfortable sleep. only downside is the room i stayed in, the bathroom smelt of cigarettes. par that i enjoyed my stay

Nice clean hotel. Situated on the high street, everything in easy walking distance

Room too hot as heat is not controllable. Then if you dare to open the window as suggested by customer service, drinkers outside will keep you awake until early morning. Family were suffered.

The room was perfectly clean and modern and very reasonably priced. Excellent location in the middle of town.

Was a really nice hotel very quiet and very clean! Staff for check in were really friendly and the place was cheap too! The rooms are very big with a lot of space, balcony area was good to relax on too with good views of the city center

Nice room, very clean and great location. Just beware when booking there are pubs and bars opposite so not quiet but this did not affect us.
