Fantastic hotel! ✨ Me and my friend went there last week for long weekend! We are so so happy, the hotel is nice and clean, stuff is wonderful, super polite and helpful! Great location at the top end of the lake. Good transport links for train and ferry. The hotel was clean, small gym, great breakfast.

7 Park is a beautiful hotel with amazing views. The rooms are a little small but overall we were comfortable and spent a lot of time outside on the patio. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool area was very nice and had lots of chairs. The pool was very cold but we enjoyed sitting out in the sun and staring at the mountains. Breakfast was included and was great, lots of options. We had dinner at the restaurant and would say the food was just okay (compared to all other amazing Italian food we had). Spa onsite and overall very relaxing area to vacation. Colico was not as touristy as other areas of Lake Como which we liked a lot. There was still an area along the lake to walk around and some restaurants in town. Lots of outdoor activities (boat rentals, SUP, kite surfing, horseback riding, etc.) Very close to the train station and ferry stop, a quick walk to each. We took the ferry down to Bellagio and Varenna and spent the day there. **advice to buy your return ferry ticket when you arrive at the destination because the later ferries do sellout** Would stay again, we really enjoyed it!

The Hotel is beautiful. The room was clean and very organized. The staff was very nice.

Positives: Everything about this hotel, except for one thing, was fine: beautiful resort hotel, beautiful location, nice facilities, very nice swimming pool, both the 'public part' and the adults-only part, very pleasant and of good quality (Beach Bar) restaurant, very attentive and respectful staff both in the service and at the reception. Negatives Everything was fine except breakfast. The breakfast was not worthy of this location. Despite the amount of choice, the quality was terribly poor: pancakes cold, scrambled eggs lukewarm, boiled eggs stone cold, sausage and cheese tasteless, rolls and croissants not really fresh or no longer available at 9.15 am, bread for toasting old, fruit rock hard and inedible, tea water not warm, very strange juices. Unfortunately too many to mention. For us, a good breakfast in a hotel is a requirement and a very pleasant start to the day together. It is such a shame because the staff does their u**ost, but unfortunately with the wrong products. It is also so strange and incomprehensible because the quality of the products in the (Beach Bar) restaurant was excellent.

I am very happy with the choice to stay in this hotel. While the furniture in the rooms is minimalistic, one can go outside in the patio and enjoy the lake or walk in the area.

What a beautiful place to stay, the spa and restaurant where amazing. Good AC in the room. Bed was comfortable. Definitely recommend this place.

The hotel is situated in a picturesque position next to the lake. It is very clean with very friendly staff and helpful receptionists. Julia and Camilla were exceptionally helpful always ready to listen and answer our questions. Breakfast was very good with a variety of different products catering also the gluten free range. The hotel's restaurant was also great . They offered excellent meals at reasonable prices. I recommend this hotel and would gladly visit again for another relaxing holiday.
