ツァラ コリマ(Zar Colima)

I had a reservation for Nov 18 my flight resold my ticket I called Hotel Zar to let them know I might need to cancel because I was not going to arrive that day they said I needed to contact my 3rd party which I did they said I was going to get half of my money back which I was fine with that, in the end the refused so I lost my $50 book in :/ very disappointed :/ because at least they could of told me to come next day I have the proof that what I was saying was the truth I still have all that information with me if needed.

Water sing damage and the floor damage too some parts and too much noise too the customers and before rent room including good breakfast and now is separated and not good breakfast thas may last time rent this hotel

Staff was helpful and friendly. Property and amenities are in need of a huge upgrade.

I had two Pay twice because the property didn’t get the payment from *******. No smart tv, dirty swimming pool, far away from The city. Hope to get my money back soon from *******.

The grounds are beautiful, and the swimming pool area is very secluded and well landscaped. The hotel is under major renovation, and it is looking pretty good. The breakfast lady is very kind and friendly, and the food is just OK. The front desk staff tends to be indifferent, and not very friendly. I have stayed here before, and there always seems to be an issue with turning the television on and using the control. It has been this way for a year. Overall, I would give this hotel, a good rating, and I will definitely stay here again.

Pick someplace else if you don’t want to be extorted for more money and have your bags held as ransom to get you to pay their hidden charges for tourists.

These criminals extorted additional money and held her luggage as ransom to get her to pay. Stay away from these unscrupulous business people who have hidden charges to grab additional fees after you prepay with Orbitz.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the hotel. The room was dirty. I had to request new bath towels as they were filthy when I checked in and observed to be used. The hotel has no hand towels and they only provide 2 towels per room. They also have no irons or ironing boards. I would never stay here again and only did so as it was suggested in the event invite we received. The alleged included breakfast in their website is false as we had to pay 100 pesos which is not much but the food was trash. They pretty much only served refried beans and bread and lucky if you get a cup of coffee or juice as they charge you first and then you serve yourself whatever food is left.
