フロントデスクはもう少しフレンドリーでもいいと思います。バスルームはとても狭く、とても小さなバスタブでシャワーを浴びる必要があり、快適ではありませんでした。普通のシャワーの方がいいです。とても狭いので、ドイツ人がどうやってバスタブ/シャワーに入るのかわかりません???その他はすべて良かったし、朝食はとてもおいしいビュッフェでした。

清潔だが少し古いホテル

滞在体験に非常に満足しています。サービススタッフは温かく思いやりがあり、ホテルの設備は良好で、場所も良く、駐車も簡単で、周りにはおいしいレストランがたくさんあります。

We had a wonderful stay. Impressed with the location and the service. The only downside was the room was specified to have a city view and we were located on the 3rd floor with a view of the flat roof with vents making a noise 24/7.

My opinion. As the Germans say “das war einmal“. Pros: - location - Bed Cons: - very outdated and not well maintained - room looked old and claustrophobic - gym looks like a museum and equipment not useful for fitness - Tidy room but not clean (showerhead and bathroom were not clean) - arrogant attitude of receptionists (especially the checking out one). Not service oriented at all. - ridiculous pricing for the parking For this price point not recommended

Something’s wrong with the air conditioner. The room is super duper hot at night. We cant sleep throughout the entire night.

Quietly, conveniently and serenely stayed at this hotel for the past 6 days. Good to recommend this hotel as a priority choice especially for cologne travellers who preferable to stay away from bustling areas. An enjoyable back and forth daily walk from hotel to train station whereby some good restaurants are the best solutions of our hungers. Highly recommended to stay and definitely will stay again in the future. Thank you..
