コンセプト ホテル ヨゼフィーネ(Koncept Hotel Josefine)

Easy and seamless check in. Quiet neighborhood not too far from shopping and restaurants. Kiosk in hotel offering cold drinks which was very convenient. Rooftop terraces and an indoor lounge area which were great for unwinding or drinking a beer at the end of the day. Laundry and shared kitchen were very nice and a life lifesaver for longer term travel. The room was clean and made for a great stop for a few days, safe, secure, and a good location a little out from the city center.

Very lovely hotel. Smart design. Easy to find. Near the hotel, there is nice place to have a drink at night or breakfast in the morning. Very nice people serving breakfast. Overall a nice experience.

KONCEPT HOTELS Josefine is simply perfect: amazing and easy location with lots of cool cafés around, simple access to the city centre, great views over the city, two terraces, vibrant colour, great design. This is not a hotel. It has no reception. They should advertise it as like an rb&b. I arrived at 11 at night and there was a notice pasted on the door saying that to enter I had to enter the code that came to my email. Despite the fact that there are no money refunds and that my reservation was due at 12 the next day, they had canceled my reservation by mail. At that time with 4 suitcases, without taxis in the area, I had to find a hotel. One of the worst travel experiences of my life. With minutes to search for a hotel, I ended up in one far away with no air conditioning with terrible hot. Esto no es un hotel. No tiene recepción. Deberían anunciarlo como un aire&b. Llegué a las 11 de la noche y en la puerta había un anuncio pegado donde decía que para entrar debía de poner el código que llegó a mi correo. A pesar de que no hay devoluciones de dinero y que mi reserva vencía a las 12 del día siguiente, habían cancelado mi reserva por correo. A esa hora con 4 maletas, sin taxis por la zona, tuve que buscar un hotel. Una de las peores experiencias de viaje de mi vida. Con minutos para buscar un hotel, terminé en uno lejos sin aire acondicionado con un terrible calor.

I requested a king size bed but instead I got two twin size bed next to each other. It just makes for uncomfortable sleep. Shower floated due to clog on the drainage tube. I had to remove it myself in order to get showered. With all of that being said, the apt is nice & modern.

Lovely idea for a place. No way to interact with someone for issues. Such as no idea where thermostat for temp control is- if it exists… unable to sleep because of heat wave and no discernible process of ameliorating the situation. Safe was locked and not able to use. Scanning documents took excessive amount of time and many attempts to get it to work properly. Bed is two twin beds pushed together. Staying with a partner - mind the gap. Windows facing sunrise - beautiful and excruciating with no way to adjust temperature. If you enjoy waking up at 5 am then you’ll Love it.

Horrible signage! Couldn’t find the hotel entrance. Electronic sign-up experience- keypad screen was total junk and wouldn’t register keystrokes, add to that no translation for foreigners, and no one around to assist. Incredibly frustrating and annoying. However, once checked in to the room it’s excellent. Checking in was a total pain, but in the end the place is great.

No staff, not a place to stay unless you want an overpriced hostel
