還不錯的賓館級價廉物美，作為過路的賓館還是不錯的，服務員也非常熱情，幫助解決了一切必要的問題。應該要給個贊！

房間還是很不錯的，前台也很好

整體還不錯，很安靜。

On arrival lady on reception unhelpful as she had all her family in reception. We asked for a room on ground floor and was told non available. When were went into allocated room on 2nd floor sink and toilet cracked and dirty. Headboard dirty and human hair on floor. We asked to be moved and were given a room on the ground floor which was slightly better. Fire doors were wedged open permanently Whole place is tired and dirty. Would not recommend staying here under any circumstances .

We checked in. And walked out after seeing the room and unsafe conditions. We saw that exterior doors not just the lobby doors were open. The room was sketchy too. O my had 3 pillows and they looked like they were just thrown in there w/o a care. The furniture was YUCK and mismatched. There was no way I was sleeping there. We only booked this hotel b/c nothing else was available in the area. We got in our car and kept driving. I told my husband I rather sleep in the car .

Were greeted with a lobby smell that was a combination of urine, mildew and old cigarettes. Front desk lady was not welcoming or friendly. Given card for our room and upon entering the smell of **** was so pungent we couldn’t breathe. Noticed really small toilet and about 5 kleenex that had been shoved into box above toilet. Asked to be changed to a different room which didn’t smell so we were happy. Upon leaving our new room, we overheard some cleaners mocking that the first room was fine and there wasn’t a smell at all, so I pity the next people checking in. Noticed the same thing with the kleenex box of about 5 kleenex placed in box (kind of weird to be handling tissues for guests). Beds were comfy though and slept well minus the roaring AC starting and stopping all night long. Very dingy bathroom and hallway so if looking for fancy, look elsewhere. The first morning I got the last towel from my group and it had stains and a hair clump matted in it. Tried to get clean towels that evening and they didn’t have any so they gave us a few hand towels for the next morning. Area is questionable and had a used needle in the parking lot around our car the 1st morning. Used the side entrance to come and go next to the employee entrance and the smell of **** was nauseating coming from their door. Odd people hanging out in the parking lot made people in our group uncomfortable. Would never stay here again.

I visited in late November and experienced none of the negative issues that were mentioned in previous reviews. My room, number 112. Had a large Granite surface workspace coffee maker refrigerator microwave hair dryer even a small sofa. what more could one ask for a budget motel?

We ate the cost and booked another hotel instead of staying here. Looks nothing like the pictures. Reeks of **** in the lobby, which is problematic when you’re w/kids. Room was dirty. Staff is nice but place is horrific. If you think you want to stay here, no you don’t.

This is a no frills hotel that is about 10 minutes from the airport that is significantly less expensive than the others. So don't expect frills. The room was clean and quiet. We stayed there primarily because The Boil Shack, a seafood restaurant was easy waling distance. All in all, a great airport hotel when you have an 0 dark 30 flight.

This has always been our go to hotel when we are in Albany. Currently we are looking to move into the area and have started to come down to look for a place. I have nothing but great things to say about this place! All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for two nights. We found it to be quiet. It snowed one of the mornings we were there and they cleaned up the driveway quickly. I definitely recommend staying here.

If you are very tired and you need to sleep for one night it's okay for the price. The office and the corridor has a strong weird smell. A dog was barking in the room next to us. Garbages left in the corridor. The bed was ok. Clean microwave and refrigerator. Bathroom has weird stains in the wall.

I recently had a one night stay in this hotel. The bathroom had clearly not been cleaned. There was hair in the bathtub and on the floor. I reached for a tissue and the tissue box was empty. One towel for two adults. Tried to use the bathroom in the lobby - no toilet paper, paper towels or seat covers. I had to go out and ask for a roll of toilet paper. The carpets were dirty throughout the hotel halls. Not what I would expect for a Wyndham property. Just plain dirty.

One of the employees stole my credit card number and has been making fraudulent purchases. I stayed there one night and this was the only place I handed my credit card over to the person at the check in counter. After returning home, I started seeing online charges from restaurants near the Inn.

Having booked (and walked away from) a *truly* bad hotel (Days Inn, Airport, = a true hell realm!!), this place is like *Nirvana*! Great, helpful staff, rooms a tad small, but really nicely done, very comfortable and a surprisingly great value. Security cameras in the parking lot and right near the thruway. Wolf Road is not for the weak at heart, during busy times (challenging to get in and out of the parking lot), but virtually everything you'd ever want or need is within a mile. Was there for ~3 weeks (for work) and they even had suitcase dollies, to help schlep weeks worth of clothes and junk. They happily gave me a quiet, first floor room, away from traffic, on an amazingly comfortable kind bed. Deeply happy and satisfied to have found it. TL will be my new go-to travel home.
