Modern walk-out apartment centrally located in COS!

We loved the location of this rental property and it was a very cozy layout. Looked just like the photos and the price is very reasonable! You can definitely hear the people above you but honestly it didnt bother us much. Overall, great experience. Thanks Michael!

Very clean and cute! The place was perfect for our weekend, bed was comfy, and the kitchenette had all the amenities.

Great and Cool! Everything about the property was as advertised. The only issue we had was with temperature control. It was a hot day and night in Colorado Springs, and the AC was on high. Being in the basement where the AC wasn't needed as much but couldn't be adjusted made the apartment cooler that we would have liked. So, in summary, a very cool place to be on a hot day!

Wheatgrass Mostly good! The shelf in the refrigerator was broken so it was hard to put anything in there. The seat on the toilet moved around a lot so that was not pleasant. The living soace

Just as described. We needed a place to stay our last night in Colorado before our out of state move, after selling our house. It was just as described and in great clean condition.

Love this place Place was perfect! Super cute and very convenient. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and even had a pullout couch. Host responses was great! Even had a nice lat check out!

Good stay! It was perfect for my me, husband and daughter . Close location to the Air Force Academy!
