キンシップ ランディング(Kinship Landing)

Was not worth the money. Room was very noisy even when advertised as sound insulated. Asked for champagne glasses and was given toasters. Glasses were dirty. Bathroom had someone else’s hair in the drain and a used bar of soap with ***** on it. They gave me 50% off of my next stay but I will not be going back. Not that this matters, but everyone running it is woke AF and about 20yrs old, need I say more?

The hotel looks newly remodeled. The rooms are uniquely designed but small and somewhat impractical (particularly the bed which is kind of on a platform, kinda on the floor - hard to describe). That said, the mattress was heavenly. There is a restaurant onsite, but we were flying out early (before breakfast service) and there were no other food options available onsite or close (like cereals available for purchase). Parking is either paid or free on street, but the paid parking isn’t secured at all, so I wouldn’t opt for it again. Also the sink is in the sleeping area rather than the bath area. I would say it’s a super cute place for a couple’s overnighter but not very practical for the stay.

We were coming in from out of town for the Friday performance of lord of the dance. The performance was canceled Thursday night, we tried to cancel our hotel reservation and it was less than 24 hours and was denied. Trying Price Line next time. Very disappointed with *******!

The most comfortable beds, and the brooklinen sheets made me feel like I was at home. A great touch, and a nice departure from the crunchy, stiff sheets you usually get at hotels!

Check in starts at 4:00pm and I arrived around 9-10pm and my room wasn’t even ready. We got the room later on to find it all messed up and dirty. Then they gave us a different room with not tv on it and all they say was if it doesn’t have tv well sorry. We asked for a tv and then they switch us from room for the third time. No breakfast included, no parking included, no big towels to shower only face little towels. No microwave??? Every hotel has one. Check out is at 10:00am instead of 11:00am like every other place. The “pretty hotel” isn’t worthy, I wanted to stay for my birthday and had such a bad experience.

Place was visually amazing. Good location. Had to pay extra for parking tho which was not ideal considering the amount of money charged per night.

Our room was missing a TV due to an issue, but they were so helpful and worked to make it right! Cool location and modern feel

The rooms there are fine, not bad or good, just fine. The bed in the room we had was up on a platform, which was a bit awkward. But, I think it’s meant to make it feel like you’re in the mountains. I will say the shower got hot as can be and was quite nice! I also appreciate that they don’t use physical keys on the rooms!

We had a great stay! Loved the cafe/bar in the lobby, parking was convenient, bed was comfortable and we loved the tub/fire place.
