Excelent service and very clean and elegant rooms. Well located and many places to shop and eat around.

There a lot of leaves that were in the parking lot and after the rainstorm, were wet and then froze up overnight and presented a slippery walking environment. Very dangerous!

The front desk staff was great. The room had a smell to it, there was a dirty diaper in the bathroom. The coat rack was not secured to the wall just 3 holes in the wall and when you put anything on the hooks it would just fall out of the wall. For a queen suite I expected a little better

Rooms are super clean and staff is very friendly. This hotel is close to the Vista so we just walked to eat and go out.

Staff was very friendly, check in was quick and easy and hotel was clean. I like the Dove soaps, lotions, etc. will stay again when in Columbia.

There was no shower curtain. When I checked in when I showered, the floor was soaked there was only one towel, and the bathmat was black after I wiped up the water off the floor hair in the tub. I had to go downstairs and get a shower curtain and one towel Because the staff was short on towels, the carpet had food crumbles all over the place when I woke up in the morning and needed another towel. They were short on towels, and when I asked for bedsheets and an extra blanket, they gave us a queen set instead of a king

Ladies at check in were wonderful and professional . Hotel was clea ed, as well as our room. Will definitely recommend!

Room smelled like 3 day old chinese food. The toilet is VERY low, the handsoap didn’t work in bathroom. The room was very dark. Hotel smells as if it is being over deodorized to cover up a musty smell. Overpriced Motel 6. Won’t go back.

I booked this hotel through *******. I paid for a one bedroom suite. When I arrived, I went to the room and it was only a studio room. When I went to the receptionist, she said the reservation that ******* sent over to the hotel was for a studio, not a one bedroom and that I would have to call ******* to get the situation rectified. After calling *******, they informed me that they indeed had a one bedroom reserved in their system for me. The problem was that Candlewood was booked to capacity and they did not have the room available that I purchased. I don't like liars. Just be honest.
