I slipped in the tub.. my room bathroom is terrible.. the shower door gets water on the floor. Water was everywhere.. I really am disappointed about this stay!!

I would have been happy with my stay, but during my search on ******* I specifically looked for hotels without an added pet fee. Sure enough upon check in, there is a $50 pet fee after all. Very disappointing.

Entrance smelled everyday like pot, so did hallways. Not sure how often management checks this hotel but it was not good. Music in Lobby and elevator loud like a club! Hotel was out of hand soap! Had to ask for towels and cups. Nice hotel but management needs to step up!

What I liked about Aloft was the decor and that restaurants and stores are in close proximity. As for staff, there were only 2 that were friendly and how you are received and treated leaves an impression, from the time you walk in until the time you leave. The room was ok. The lighting was rather dim. I did however like the black out shade. I felt like I just spent money for a room but didn't have an experience where I would recommend family or friends to stay. There were other things that turned me off and I just find it unfortunate that I feel this way about my stay. Unfortunately, I can't see myself booking with this hotel again. This was my personal experience.

The beds were comfortable. Water pressure in shower was great. Bathroom door was off the track. Would not close or open. Accent lights above beds blinked on and off all night. Could not figure out how to shut them off.

All the staff encountered were amazing. From the first phone call to checkout, everyone was pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay again! The room was clean. The hotel could use some updating. Otherwise, excellent stay.

Thank god I bring my own cleaning products with me cause the shower wasn’t very clean, room had a smell, elevators smelled like ****, and to top it off I killed a roach on the desk table in my room. I will not be returning or recommending anyone to stay here.

Great location, clean rooms and stay were very friendly. I have stayed at this location before and my only issue is the lighting. They need better lighting in the rooms.
