Location was convenient from interstate. That’s all of the good. Everything else goes down hill. Upon check in the room felt like a sauna at 1:10 AM. 1 hour in AC supposedly on full blast still sweating bullets. Called front desk to inform them of the AC issue(no resolution) the clerk came to the room felt the air and apologized for inconvenience. The 1912 window unit was putting out semi cool air so it worked.Insect infestation(roaches). Carpet disgusting, bedding frame and skirting looks like a scary movie scene. Microwave looks like Freddy and Jason murdered some animals 30 years ago. No attempt to clean or replace. Fridge needs to be defrosted and cleaned. The ice chest was a different color from whatever was previously spilled and not cleaned properly. I could go on and on about quality issues and the building needing some serious updating. Room 211 is in shambles and the property owner/manager should be ashamed. Especially after charging me $53.50 for stained sheets( coke cola wasted on their “off white”linen) the audacity. 0 out of 10 stars I would NOT recommend! The worse part is I didn’t even take pictures. However, I don’t want to be reminded of the disgustingness I had to experience.

This hotel is a safety and health nightmare. I was there for exactly 2 hours and in that time multiple drunk men who apparently lived there kept following me banging on my room door and making me uncomfortable and feel unsafe. Not to mention that the bathroom was covered in mud dart and bugs the linen all had burn holes and ashes everywhere the walls were not painted and the door key barely worked there was also obvious mold in the vent in the bathroom. I checked in at around 9:20 and I checked out my phone because I didn’t feel safe enough to walk down by 11:15. This hotel should be removed from booking and corporate step in because it is a nightmare

The hotel needs massive renovations, bathroom walls were cracked, toilet paper holder broken. Bathroom door would not shut. There was no continental breakfast left when we went there at 8:00 am. People were outside our door screaming until 2 am. I would never stay there again, and I deserve a refund if at all possible?

Waited 15 minutes and no one came to check us in. Called several times and no one answered. It was only 11 pm. Had children with us and it felt very sketchy so we left.

bro, we didn’t even have a room service. There was a bunch of ********** and **** heads walking outside. They were up at like four in the morning arguing. Our freaking pillows were dirty and the sheet was dirty. They gave us a freaking sheet as a cover and then when we asked for a comforter, they told us don’t get it dirty like what the heck the microwave kept getting locked I guess because you have to unlock the microwave. The freaking shower was also dirty and once again we didn’t even have room service. I left for one night and my bed was dirty in the morning like what the heck and we also saw a roach.
