Buenos días no fue del todo bueno Plancha cerrada, cucarachas, la piscina con difícil acceso, poca comida para los niños, la animación bien con bingo

Me dijeron que debía taparme la parte de arriba y uno poder hacer topples en mi hamaca donde no hay ningún cartel que lo prohiba

Nos alojamos solamente 1 dia pero en regimen de todo incluido y la verdad que esta super bien tiene 3 piscinas dos para adultos y una para niños. El bar snack bastante variado, igual que el bufet se echa en falta un poco mas de comida pero por el precio que tiene esta bastante bien nos ha gustado mucho.

Stayed for a week with husband and two teenage children. The room was spacious and very clean, great view of the pool from the balcony. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Food was a bit monotonous after a week but we chose to go out for dinner a few nights. The animation team did a great job with the games by the pool and that kept the teenagers entertained, so overall a great holiday and I would recommend the hotel.

My family visited Tamaimo in March and it was wonderful. We enjoyed every minute of it, and cannot wait to go back. Let me just start by saying that I am a bit of a snob when it comes to holidays! This was a last minute booking (we booked 5 days before going) and it was booked as a cheap, needed get away at a hectic time! I wasn't expecting it to be amazing and had told myself not to expect too much, especially with the food! I was so surprised! On arrival the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the Tui reps were also very helpful and friendly. Always smiling and happy to help at any time! The room was spacious and clean, and was cleaned daily (except Sundays). The ladies cleaning the apartments were amazing! Had some lovely little chats with them. The pool area was busy, but we didn't struggle to get a sun lounger, we had to que a little for drinks but really wasn't that bad, 5 minutes max and that wasn't every time! The pool was cold, which is the only negative to the hotel, the kids didn't get in much as it was too cold. The tennis courts were free, we went almost every day! Great fun! Pool tables and ping pong tables are available to use too! The entertainment staff were so much fun! We played the games every day and had such a laugh! There was never a dull moment with them. They also do Yoga in the mornings which was great! We did watch one particular show, The Kenya Boys.... it was absolutely brilliant!! The food was really good, I don't usually expect much from all inclusive food, but it was really good, lot's of choice and fresh every day! My kids are fussy eaters, and even they were eating like kings! Fresh meats, fresh salad, fresh veg, fresh fruits, fresh bread, and the boys loved the churros! The location was beautiful, we like to walk so wasn't bothered by the 15/20 minutes walks to places and didn't get a taxi. We booked some day trips through the Tui rep, we went on a submarine, which was unbelievable! We also visited Loro Parque, I would highly recommend, was a great day out and the shows were amazing. Overall Tamaimo Tropical was one of the best holidays that my family have been on! I booked it last minute as I was craving some quality family time with my husband and kids, life was hectic and I needed to find some calm. That is exactly what we got! I wasn't expecting too much as it is only a 3 star rating, I honestly can not understand why! I actually cried because I did not want to leave. The staff were amazing, the entertainment was amazing, the food was unexpectedly great, the location was beautiful, and the rooms were clean, I honestly don't have anything negative to say about this place - except the pool was cold! We have booked it again to go back in February 2025 for 10 nights! I can not wait - and I get to be there for my birthday! I Look forward to being there again!

Rooms are clean and spacious . Staff are very polite and helpful. However the sun beds are dirty. What is worse the food is cold, tonight the peas were still frozen! They should haven been hot none of what should be hot food is being served hot. The chef couldn’t even produce a food temperature probe to check. Even the serving shelves showed temperature is being maintained below the requirement. Recommendation is to eat out. Even a 3 star hotel should offer food which is safe and healthy.

After reading other reviews we were a bit sceptical, but we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel! All throught the hotel was clean and very well kept .The rooms were spacious and clean. Food was ok probably not as hot as I'd like it but edible. We spent most of our time around the pool where there's a great atmosphere and a great Entertainment team who engaged children and adults in all activities. Bar staff were friendly, there was never a queue for a drink and plenty of variety. There were more than enough sun bed for everyone no matter what time you turned up to the pool. Definitely a less busy area of tenerife but enough to do with some beautiful views.

This was a brilliant holiday, all the staff are so happy and helpful! The animation team are brilliant with the kids and adult games (my daughter took a liking to Jordan he always went that extra mile for the kids). The food was good, plenty of choice always chips, nuggets, burgers, hotdogs, pizza and pasta etc for the simpler range and all sorts of food from around the work eat day! Never had any wait on fresh food either. Would definitely go back. Also the cleaning of the entire hotel even the outdoor floors and pools were every day 10 out of 10 for cleanliness. The local walks to the beaches and the mermaid is definitely one to put on the list!

To start with, the weather was absolutely gorgeous which made the experience better. Hotel was clean and always active. There is loads of activities in the day they are constant which is great. Entertainment at the night is also quite good such as dance shows simmer shows and karaoke. Food was decent however more choice would be nice as I lived on chips and pasta for a week. Not many shops around however enough shops that sell your basic needs and souvenirs such as a Lidl if you are self catering. If you require special assistance or etc this place is not for you the area is very hilly and full of steep hills and steep stairs which makes it hard for people in wheelchairs or such. The final thing I must say is cockroaches. If you are not a fan of cockroaches do not come here we seen a minimum of 4 cockroaches a day in our room which really spoiled our experience. However apart from that it was a good holiday with nice staff and adequate rooms just a shame that it was infested with roaches.
