清掃が行き届いているので綺麗ではありますが、残念な点が目につきます。
ホテルの通りを流れるドブ川の匂いが臭いです。蚊が部屋中にいます。ホットシャワーが出ない、スマートTVはネット接続がされていないのか何も見れず、評判の良いと言うレストランの朝食の品数の少なさ、夜も利用しましたがさほど美味しくありませんでした。
ただ、混んでいるので現地の方には評判が良いのかもしれません。
店が混んできたら、もう食べ終わった？席を空けるよう催促をされたのも残念でした。
同じ値段の他のホテルの方が快適でした…

My bedroom had dirty cups and cutlery. The breakfast was cold and lacked variety, same every morning.
The staff were nice.

Best Hotel in the city as per my observation. Food was delicious.. And nice and clean room... Staff was so helpful and loyal...i was left one gold chain by mistakenly in the room but they found and call me collect that....this was so impressive... I wishing their service growth and progress.

We loved the gorgeous and quiet environment throughout our whole stay. Specially the service was great with friendly staff with great attitude. I would definitely recommend the place to stay for nice time which the food facilities also great at the same time, very comprehensive altogether.

Outstanding five star service. Hotel Elite Palace is not a five star hotel but their service is top notch. My stay was great and comfortable. The sky view restaurant is one of a kind. A great way to reconnect with nature. All staff are very much friendly and professional. Thanks to full team of Hotel Elite Palace.

The hotel was great with delicious and high quality food menu, nice clean rooms with comfortable beds, and very friendly staff that went out of their way to make our stay great.For me it’s the most luxurious hotel in Comilla. Best location to stay in the heart of Comilla.
