レ サーブル ブラン(Les Sables Blancs)

We were a couple in one room and my father in another and had a good 4 night stay here. Plus points- delicious breakfasts, good local knowledge, very clean, beautiful area and great eateries. Minus points - very uneven bottom step was difficult and my father stumbled a couple of times, shared toilet- didn't matter as we were family but I wouldn't have been happy had the other room been let as it meant paddling along the landing in the middle of the night, especially as I asked whether we had our own bathrooms, a fridge is provided for guest use and tea/coffee making facilities are in rooms but I presume guests have to provide their own milk as none was provided. We had a lovely time in spite of these small *******, but it's fair to say that improvements could be made here and there for an easier stay.

This place was recommended by a colleague that had stayed before, and I can honestly say that it was an absolutely faultless experience. From arrival, to departure, I was made feel welcome, looked after, and comfortable. Every single person went above and beyond. I have already discussed with my wife about going back for a visit (without the need to work!)

Booked the room, when we arrived no parking as its not private parking so had to park miles away, room was tiny not as stated, was so hot and also dirty, mini bar had one bottle of water and one can of fizz water, the worst though was its a shared balcony so your neighbours can see right in your room so you would need to keep your curtains shut, definitely not a 4 star hotel, was so bad we didn't stay and hotel refused to issue us a refund. Staff totally uncaring and are obviously used to complaints and couldnt care less that they ruined our time away. We booked based on the room photos, beware you can only just walk round the bad and only one side has a small shelf the other side doesn't even have that. Bedding and bed is substandard, have had better rooms in 2 star hotels!

Staying in the quirky Hotel Ker-Moor next door, we popped along to Les Sables Blancs for dinner. Friendly, welcoming reception staff and efficient waiting staff made for a very pleasant evening. The food was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. My cousin’s seared-on-the-outside-pink-in-the-middle tuna steak converted me from a never-touch-fresh-tuna-it’s-as-tough-&-tasty-as-cardboard to an I’d-definitely-try-that-again fan; my two starters (I was feeling a little liverish after two days of over-excitement (read ‘over-eating’) at being back in France), a pumpkin soup and crab with julienned beetroot were subtle and scrumptious. A lovely experience.

The setting of this hotel is perfect, right on the beach, walking distance into the town . Book a superior sea view, huge balcony with awning, sun beds, chairs overlooking the beach . The room is spacious, good bathrooms , air conditioning and double doors you can throw open to hear the sea. Lunch and dinner were excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful .

Ocean views, right on the Beach. Every room has a balcony. Idyllic and fun setting. Easy access to the beach and shady coastal walks to secrets Coves. Amazing sunset views. 10 minute cycle ride to the beautiful mediaeval town of Concarneau with its picturesque walled town of boutiques and restaurants. A bustling market adds to the charm of the harbour town.

This is a real vacation hotel on a lovely beach in Concarneau.I had a standard room big as a shoebox, a very tiny room for 2 . The room balcony is great since you have a great sea view.The restaurant of the hotel is quite good with a lot of seafood choice. The hotel still need to be refreshed but it ha a certain charme

Nous avons passé 3nuits dans cet hôtel, à part la vue magnifique séjour catastrophique manque de personnel pas d'accueil pour un 4 étoiles télé en panne ,réfrigérateur en panne chambre sale gel douche vide avons du réclamer les serviettes pour la salle de bain et pour clore pas d'eau chaude pendant 2 jours Nous avions demandé à voir le directeur mais sans succès Cet hôtel n'a rien d'un 4 étoiles À fuire

Auf unser 4-wöchigen Normandie-/Bretagnetour haben wir hier übernachtet. Die Damen am Empfang waren ziemlich überfordert, da alle Touristen gegen 16:00 ankommen. Das Zimmer war noch nicht fertig. Das Hotel war wahrscheinlich auch schon vor Corona in schlechtem Zustand; abgenutzte Teppiche/Stühle, alles machte einen ziemlich schmudeligen Eindruck. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auf der mageren Seite und wir getrauten uns nicht alles zu essen. Das Dinner im Restaurant war sehr gut: Sole monière!!
