An excellent property, with stunning views, quiet but close enough to restaurants, shops etc. Just what we wanted.

Great accommodation, wonderful views, and terrific service Who could want anything more? Location in Constantia perfect. We could see all the way to False Bay clearly, and had great views over the vineyard

My parents and I stayed in two separate units on the property. The guest accommodation is a series of joined units located around a central swimming pool and all boasting spectacular views of the area. Both our accommodations included a kitchen, sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean and tidy. However, the downside to all the accommodation having wonderful views is that other guests walk by your windows at all times of the day and night and so if you don't want to feel like a goldfish in a bowl, you need to keep your curtains closed. We were not inconvenienced by load shedding as the property has a generator which kicks in. The WiFi was good. You do need a car if staying at this location as it is some distance from the shops (and obviously from tourist sights in Cape Town), but it is quiet and beautiful with lots of walks/hikes in the area. Our rooms were not serviced in the 4 days that we stayed here but it wasn't really needed.

We spent a full week at Constantia Vista. From the moment of our arrival we have experienced a very warm and kind welcome and felt like arriving to our home away from home! Clean, generous rooms and a magnificent view - thank you to Ian and the whole staff for this beautiful stay.

The establishment consists of 5 apartments (all unique) and an (older) house. The highlights must be the sensational views (but in the house, only from the 2 upstairs bedrooms) and the solar backup unit keeping the power on during power shedding blackouts. Ian and his staff are very positive and really do their utmost to satisfy the wishes of the residents. Location is quiet, safe and centrally located for visits to Cape Town and the numerous tourist attractions. Overall, excellent value for money. We had a wonderful month at Constantia Vista in 2024 and plan to return in 2025.

Just a nice place to be. Nice and clean apartments with stunning views over constantia, southern suburbs and Falsebay. Ian and his Staff are just so friendly and funny. Absolutely recommend! We’re coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Vista. The view is absolutely stunning and it feels like one is planted directly into nature, due to the fact that there are no houses close to the property. Ian the owner, a real character, has build himself beautiful stay. Sia the facility manager is also a true gentleman. The place is kept very clean and offers much privacy, calmness and nature to properly relax. I can highly recommend a stay!

The view from our apartment across Groot Constantia vineyards and to the mountains was breath-taking. It was perfect for our family as each couple had their own apartment. Kitchen area was ideal, although we rarely cooked. We did braai on the gas braai, which worked well. We were able to do our own washing too. We weren't disturbed by Ian, and Gladys cleaned our room daily without us being disturbed at all. Located near to the Constantia shopping centre, we could stock up on supplies when we needed. The accommodation was secure and we had parking for all three cars.
