First, when we arrived it took them a while to finish our check in, also , cleaning services showed up only once during the whole week , we had to ask for water bottles and the towels, also we had to throw the garbage. Second, the breakfast was good, with many choices , everything was fresh and tasty. The room was spacious and clean. The location is good, the hotel is surrounded by different shops, taxis are available all the time .

Good location. Expensive terrible food. Restaurants nearby. Love all the reception staff and the nighttime maintenance man. Reception people all very kind and tried to be helpful. A view over the valley worth asking for. Could see the river and green hills. Tiny room and view made it bigger.

Hotel is one of the best in Constantine and the foremost with the central location at the heart of the city downtown. A modern business centre , Exellent International breakfast with a traditional touch , a lovely view toward the river and the montagne or toward the city. Truly, the staff of the hotel are doing amazing work despite the reduced manpower. Distinction to : Redha and Wafa from house keeping keen to details and very polite. Doria at the reception was exceptional, Always wearing a smile and very helpful and professional. Haoua and wissam at the restaurant was very helpful and gave extra treat to my toddlers . Karim from the senior management who shows a top level of Customer care.

Amazing hotel with highly accommodating and friendly staff. Would 100% recommend.Each member had a smile on their face and were happy to help with anything .I was there last night they provided a clean and comfortable environment for me. The breakfast was delicious with an extravagant selection of cuisines.

Novotel offers the best quality/price ratio in Constantine. The hotel is well located, in the center of the city, in front of the notorious place de la Brèche, within short walking distance to all highlights of the city (Sidi M'Cid bridge, Sidi Rached bridge, Ben Badis house, Ahmed Bey Palace, War memorial, Regional Theatre,  National Museum, Mellah Slimane footbridge,...) Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Most of all, we did experience the legendary kindness of the staff, a delightful mixture of attentiveness and conviviality. It would be difficult to mention everyone, but how not to mention Ouissam for her professionalism, availability and attention to details. At Novotel, we simply felt at home, away from home.

Novotel in Constantine was generally very clean with very helpful staff. The one thing that bothered us the most is that the sink drains did not seem to employ a P-Trap and let sewer smells come in through the drain. The experience of using the sink (washing faces, brushing teeth etc..) was quite unpleasant.

At 08:00 am I asked for a coffee but they said that bar is closed at that time. As I will not take breakfast that morning I asked the front desk for a coffee. The gentleman told me that only place I can find is restaurant. Then I asked the restaurant for a cooffe but they told me that as it is a breakfat time they can't serve me. I told the ladt that all I want is a take away coffee and I don't want to have breakfast she let me take a carton cup of coffee which they will charge me a full breakfast cost. I want to make claim file to supervisior but he even did not come to talk me. Also as you can see from the pictures; Carpet was burned and dirty; Curtain was dirty, Towels are clean but various kind of color on it!, shower was broken (can be used only with hand set). Staff was very nice, bar is ok and hamburger is perfect. Overall staff was good, management was awful.

Nice and friendly hotel crew. Nice service and view. Calm and quiet rooms. Nice sleep and continental breakfast with local bread and pastries. Thank you Constantine for your very beauty and kindness
