ウッドスプリング スイーツ アトランタ コンヤーズ(WoodSpring Suites Atlanta Conyers)

It was very loud in the hotel. The big hotel only had 1 small (8yd) dumpster so after quickly becoming full, all the guests threw their trash in the parking lot close to the dumpster. Lots of trash in the parking lot. The internet is absolutely horrible. Most of the time it was out. They had NO dishes in the room but tried to sell you a set of dishes and pots and pans. How ridiculous. The night that I arrived to check in, I got the luggage cart to get my stuff and the cart was fine but the elevator wasn’t. You could only get the elevator to go back down to the first floor if you were standing outside the elevator already on the first floor. The 2nd floor button didn’t work inside the elevator. I had to literally ease the cart down the steps to get back to the first floor to get the rest of my stuff. Horrible experience. Will never even consider a WoodSpringSuites again. I travel a lot and have a lot of people who work for me that travels also. I will definitely be discouraging any and all of my people as well as any other people not to stay at a WoodSpringSuites in the future.

This hotel was absolutely terrible. The floors were sticky. They smell throughout the entire place was out of control. The furniture had scratches and stains all over it. We ended up leaving the same night we checked in.

The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful during my stay. The room was very nice and the refrigerator and stovetop were very much appreciated.

The staff ruined the whole stay! My family stayed about two months and the staff is a terrible vibe .. From the front desk to house keeper.. Management is rarely there unless it’s a hour or two some mornings.. The maintenance guy is creepy.. Its like every other place that eventually start to be a run down ghetto

Strands of hair throughout the room & bathroom. Remnants of trash on bedroom floor. The refrigerator was cleaner than expected. 303

I didn’t like the attitude of the young lady at the property

Our door won't lock, changed room to third floor, where it was filled with smoke odor. Key entry door damaged and must reroute to front entry. They don't change tower or service room if you stay one week at a time. Hotel is in need of hardware upgrades throughout the property, changed to La Quinta in Conyers, paid a little more but we'll worth it. Staff members were extremely nice and helpful, which the the ONLY thing good from this establishment.

Great experience the only bad part was the beds were too small.

The only thing I didn't like was i room had a smell in my room told front desk and didn't change my room she brought a fan to air it out the room was disposing could not sleep do to smell
