Great place to stay.Other than the 9am check out it's a wonderful place to stay.

Best location you can ask . 2 minutes walking to Snappers rock . Tina, the manager was great, very attentive and helpful. The con about our stay was that the apar**ent didn’t have windows screens or screen doors. We rented the apar**ent on the first floor and once we opened the windows we got a mosquito issue in the unit. We were told that we could sleep with our windows open and screens was not necessary but unfortunately that was not the case . We had to sleep with all the windows closed and that was a bummer . The weather was not super hot outside otherwise it would have been miserable. Tina, the manager gave us some citronella , bug sprays and fans , that was helpuful.

The view from my balcony and kitchen were breathtaking. The appar**ent was spacious and had everything a family with young kids will need. Just beautiful

The size of the apar**ent meant our 2 adult children had plenty of space, and the apar**ent was really well fitted out. The views of the ocean were amazing and the location was lovely and quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Great place. Amazing views and Tina was lovely to deal with. The apar**ent we stayed in offered everything we wanted, especially amazing sea views, although slightly dated. Was a lovely relaxing stay.

I have stayed at Carool before - it is in a beautiful location and has benefited from love and care in recent years. Not the most modern of buildings but very well fitted out and Tina is a super friendly manager. I worked remotely all week and WiFi was reliable and quick

Yearly we holiday. This would have to be one of the best so far in the 10+ years we've been travelling to the Sunshine and Gold Coast. Our room had everything we needed and more. Beautiful beaches, plenty of shopping precincts nearby and great places to dine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had the pleasure of chatting with the Manager, Tina. She was very informative about what was around the area. Her pleasant manner and conversation was what added to us coming away with wonderful memories. We do hope to return again. The apar**ent is wonderful! The best views and really well equipped. We saw whales and a baby calf, just magical. Tina was brilliant and super attentive to any of our needs. We can’t wait to come back!

The views were stunning. The bed was comfortable with nice linen. Apar**ent was spacious. Housecleaning needs to improve. Grimy artificial plants and wooden window louvres. Grubby covers on lounge room sofa's. Apart from that, a pleasant stay.
