I doubt that I would stay here again. The staff at the front desk were loud and we could here them from our room at the other end of the hall. The water pressure was very weak. Breakfast served cold sausage links. The juice machine was empty two of the three days. No napkins one day. The last day there, the staff didn’t even bother putting the chairs down from the table.

Good for a one night stay while traveling. The room was fairly clean but just could use a deep clean if hotels even do that. The bed linens were fine and other than needing the floor swept the bathroom was fine. I’d stay there again when passing through.

The property is clean, but the breakfast did not have hot options (egg/sausage) just cereal and waffles.

The hotel is very nice when you walk in. The rooms are so small and the beds were hard. My husband and I went to Michigan City to celebrate our 9th anniversary. I told the customer service person and they didn't try to get us a new room. Also, I think owners family stay above us on the 3rd floor. We wont be celebrating there again!

I have mixed emotions. First our room was infected with ladybugs/beetles. There was several in the room everyday of our stay. The red ones and orange ones. They were flying around and crawling all over the walls and beds. I believe they are good luck so I tried to make light of it. The hotel was full due to a kids football team staying there so there was no rooms to move. My infant was too young to notice the insects but my 8yr old definitely noticed them all over the room. We had the room on first floor next to gym and pool. There was a draft of cool air but more than likely because it was by the exit and apparently that is where all these bugs was coming it. The hotel was clean and breakfast came in handy. My only downfall was the extra 8-10guests we had to share the room and beds with while there for a family emergency. We had no energy to complain my mother was in a coma so most of our days was in the hospital down the street. Probably wouldn’t stay there again due to the infestation of bugs and slow draining sink in bathroom that stayed clogged. Shower was nice and hot to that’s a plus. Walmart was directly across the street so that helped.

The manager, Kim, was amazing! We took a 3rd grade football team to stay at this hotel. The manager was so patient and accommodating. She made to go breakfast bags for our players and had them waiting in the lobby prior to our early morning game. She allowed the kids unlimited access to juice and hot chocolate. .. and those football boots can drink alot of hot chocolate. She gave us access to the conference room as a team hang out spot. She truly made the stay pleasant and memory filled!

The bed was clean. Bathroom was poorly cleaned and couch/floor seemed like they hadnt been cleaned in some time. Building also smelled faintly like cigarettes.

HONESTLY, I wouldn't stay here again. The room was tiny, the ac "leaked" and the floor was soaking wet i had to put our towels down so i could walk, and there was some sort of critter we could hear picking at the carpet. Breakfast was a normal hotel Breakfast, the pool was decent, and the staff was pretty friendly.

They gave me a queen bedroom when I order king bedroom and tv control doesn’t work (so I have to change the channels by hand) and they say I pick up a handy room that worse!
