Very welcoming and helpful staff. Rooms very clean and tidy, breakfast was superb. very comfortable stay, thank you.

The stay was great! The staff was friendly and nice. The deluxe room was spacious and comfortable. The area is nice if you stayed on the main *****. It was easily accessible from public transportation making it very easy to travel through the city. We went with our four year old and it was great overall. I highly recommend.

Totally renovated hotel in Vesterbro, adjacent to central train station, a couple of blocks from Tivoli Gardens, a short walk from the dining and nightlife of the Meat Packing District. Truly outstanding staff, incredibly helpful, always gracious. Spent nine days there and would go back anytime.

We loved our stay at Grand Joanna! The location is perfect: close to CPH central station, Tivoli and city centre. The entire staff is welcoming and very friendly (in a genuine manner). The food is delicious. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we ever experienced. Everything is very well prepared (perfect scrambled eggs and delicious pancakes). The rooms are small but that did not bother us as they are cosy and have everything you need. Very good value for money. We would certainly recommend staying at Grand Joanne!

Perfect location. Nice service and reasonable price. The downsides are the size of the room and the poor quality of the soundproofing system. Anyway, we will repeat in the future if the price remains equal.

I *loved* this hotel! It is so stylish and clean, the bed was probably the most comfortable I’ve ever had in a hotel and even though we were in the smallest room type (cozy), the bed was still large enough for two of us to comfortably sleep. It’s just that the bed is essentially the entire room’s floor space. The bathroom was still very large and the shower had great water pressure. The hotel is right next door to the main train station in Copenhagen, so whether you’re taking a train from the airport or elsewhere, it’s very convenient with luggage. The main sites of the city are a quick 15-30 min walk depending where you’re headed. The staff was so kind and helpful as well. You could easily hook into Disney, chromecast, Netflix from the room as well so one particularly cold night we just had wine and movies in the hotel room. I can’t recommend it enough.

Grand Joanne is a beautiful hotel, we stayed 3 nights and it was the perfect base to explore the city on foot. The hotel lobby and lounge is beautifully decorated and we enjoyed a few mugs of delicious gløgg from the bar each evening after exploring all day in the cold. Our room was great, the bed was very comfortable and we particularly liked that each side of the bed had it's own duvet! As a curly-haired person I was also very happy to discover a diffuser attachment with the hairdryer :)

Great hotel, 5 minutes walk from the Copenhagen train station. Very friendly staff, quit rooms, good breakfast and the Copenhagen center on walking distance.
