Well run clean hotel with a great bar/resteraunt right at the base of Copper Mountain. Perfect location and great value.

The good aspects earning 4 stars: hotel is newer and modern, beds are pretty comfy, water pressure is great, staff is friendly and helpful. It is about a ten minute walk to the ski lifts. Parking is included in the room rate and there is free ski storage. The hot tub is nice although only one of the two is currently working. Very impressive gym and decent food options at the small lobby bar/restaurant onsite. What took off a star: The walls are so thin! Bring ear plugs. You will hear your neighbors even if they are just talking or watching TV. Also it seems they are a bit understaffed (common in ski places these days). Housekeeping did not come during our 2 night stay (no big deal, but we weren't told that) and the garbage cans were full to the brim around the hotel.

World class, I understand the property is under new management, and we will definitely be back. The GM was active on property and really enjoyed the personal introduction, thank you. The Spencer family.

They gave away my suite reservation when I arrived at 8:30 pm. It was meant to have our whole fam together. They compensated by giving a free room not the same. If I knew this I would have reserved a room at a lodge

You pay for the convenience of being able to walk 10 mins to the Center Village and free parking. The amenities were lacking. The hot tub was "out of order" though still on and running during our whole stay. When I asked if they had an ETA for when it would be fixed, they didn't answer the question. The water fountains/bottle fill station were also out of order. You are not allowed to take your skis/snowboards OR boots to your room. They sit in open, unlocked storage overnight in the lobby. It's not a particularly skier(snowboarder) friendly hotel. They want you to take your boots off before entering the lobby, but there's no place to store shoes or even sit down to remove the boots. This means an extra trip to the car every morning and evening. Or you walk stocking footed through the lobby and mop up snow everyone tracks in on the normal shoes with your socks. I'm not sure I'd stay here again, at least not without a price drop. I think there are more convenient and competitively priced places on the mountain.

Stay here frequently when at Copper Mountain but do wish they had recycling and more vegetarian options ... other than that, perfect!
