位置不錯 就係paultons park隔離！ 不過房間隔音效果差，會聽到其他人聲音。 整體不錯，有機會會再入住

We stayed here after our day at paultons Park. What a lovely little hotel, even though we drove it is walking distance to the park. Staff are very friendly. Big shout out to Lisa and Sharon, who both took time out of their busy morning to talk to our daughter who has special needs to talk about her birthday visit to the park. We will definitely book this hotel again as we are planning a return trip.

We stayed here last year when we went to Paultons park. So we were happy to stay here again for our trip this year. Staff were very friendly, both in reception and the breakfast room, our room was off the main corridor and was super quiet, the breakfast was lovely (nice and quiet at 8.30am) and it's really close to the park. It's what you'd expect from a Premier Inn.

Small room, dodgy TV remote, nice shower room, no cooling control in bedroom (as notified). Duvet too warm but air temp too cold first night(as often in PI). Room provisions not replenished during two-night stay. In-house breakfast room, no Whitbread dinner option (Hungry Horse next door). Long walk to rooms!! Car park full of highways maintenance trucks first night - contractors staying!! Noisy from upstairs where floors creaky (and footsteps heavy). Big market for theme park next door but not too busy during week. Handy for Romsey area, but wouldn’t rush back.

Visited this hotel due to being so close to paultons park. Fantastic price, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and lovely breakfast. We had no complaints with this hotel at all and would definitely recommend for any family going to paultons park. It was 3 minutes drive away. The breakfast is at the hotel not at the pub next door. It was lovely. Fresh and plenty of choice. I would NOT recommend eating at the pub!! However fine for drinks. There is a wacky warehouse attached to the pub at an extra cost. Also a toddler slide in the garden.

This Premier Inn is ideally suited for a visit to Paultons Park, being only a few minutes away. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, and thought the breakfast was excellent, with the hot food being well topped up by the chef. The negative was the state of the building. A refurbishment is well overdue. We asked to change rooms as the one we were given initially was below par, with the bathroom having just a tiny corner sink, the size you might expect to find in a small cloakroom, and just a shower with a mouldy screen. It was grim. Reception were helpful, and kindly moved us to another room which was more what we have come to expect, though still needing some tlc. I would stay here again due to staff, good breakfast and location, but please Premier Inn, invest some money on improving the rooms and building.

The stay was generally good. Guests were not provided with clean water for drinking or making tea and were asked to get water from the bathroom/toilet. The water from the toilet did not smell good. Electric sockets near the head rest would help.

The hotel was full of very noisy children and parents that seemed to have lost control - I only found out later that it is near to a couple of children's amusement parks - although I still don't understand why they went to bed so late and got up so early and made so much noise. Just excited I guess. Other than that and the fact that the adjoining pub had run out of food, the hotel was a good standard Premier Inn.
