Let me start with my reserved room of king bed not being available. Had to take dual queen room. Not a big deal. Let the guy jorge I believe know my flight leaves 9pm next night so I need a late checkout. He takes my credit card and says I'll put a note. I also stated I'll lay an additional night if necessary. He said with the note it wasn't an issue. I get to the room, find it dirty, carpets stained, mold growing on wall and what seemed like dried vomit next to the seat. This is room 203 btw. I say whatever its a day and a half. Next day I get a call in the room at 1. Asking me to checkout. I proceeded to explain the conversation from the prior day and nothing, falls on deaf ears. I head to the front desk and the guy starts explaining at which point I state I don't care. I'd have canceled and gone to a much better facility if I was told at checkin. And then to stroll around for 7 hours before leaving Florida. Honestly, this is the last time I stay at any Marriott hotel. Worst experience I've ever had. Truly disappointed and will be leaving reviews through other social media platforms.

Excellent service, helped me adjust my reservation as I mistakenly reserved a wrong date. Slept well. Room and hall floors need cleaning or replacement because they smell old and look old and dirty. Bathroom was ok - showing age as well. Water pressure was low in the sink and toilet flushed super slowly.

They did not accept my reservation and I'm asking for a refund I'm waiting for the manager because I had to use another credit card to make this payment for this room

The hotel was in a good location, and nice overall. However, the AC units must be replaced. I shut mine off to be able to sleep because it was so loud, but I could hear the AC from the room next door all night, and couldn't sleep. Also, I requested and was granted late check out but was awoken by housekeeping banging on the door and yelling. If late checkout is granted, housekeeping should be made aware.

The two nights I stayed, they gave me a room with many of its belongings, the door did not work with the card, you could not enter, they had to call someone from outside so that they could open the door with a computer, which meant hours of waiting outside the room. The staff was very courteous and gave us another room. But the sleeplessness was inevitable, so I request that I be compensated in some way.

Front desk person when we checked in was just terrific. Sweet and competent. Toilet ran a bit and the shower was very slippery. Bath mat would be good.

Bed was terrible. A/c was marginal. Room faced pool and people were loud and partying in pool until 2 am. Bed felt like we sunk into a hole. Absolutely terrible.
