I can’t really rate the amenities because we just booked the hotel to sleep the night as we were passing by. The lobby was nice and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and comfortable.

The back patio door for letting dogs out will bring me back every time. Traveling alone- this is such a wonderful and safe feature!!!

This was a very good choice for my one night stay, while returning from Miami Beach and traveling to my home of Nashville. Check in was great. They had tea, coffee and cookies in the Lobby, and I got the downstairs room I requested. I also needed a fridge, and that, along with a microwave was provided. The bed was comfortable, and best of all , the breakfast provided was a full hot breakfast with sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy (my favorite), waffles, muffins, drinks, etc. I generally have stopped in Cordele after driving 540 miles, and from now on, this hotel will be my preferred stop. It's close to the interstate, and it has everything I need.

Stayed here overnight as a quick pit stop on a long drive. It was mid-priced and the staff was accommodating but the room was very unclean. Things looked shabby, but the beds were clean. The area is a little sketch but we were all fine. No one tried to bother us. The breakfast was great.

Room was non-smoking but someone had smoked in it in times past. Odor was mild but present. 2nd time staying here in 2 weeks. Staff has always been very helpful. Breakfast is very good / well kept up.

TV would freeze multiple times, internet was so slow I had to use my phone to connect. Refrigerator was not working

This Best Western feels like a Motel 6 that is completely run down. From the bathroom that has broken shower to the tub that does not drain the water as you’re showering. You are literally standing on the dirty water while showing. The room in general feels extra small and archaic. The bedding also seems unclean. Add to the fact that it’s right next to a major highway. The noise pollution is off the charts. I could not get a decent sleep the entire night. I stayed at this location because it was some $20 cheaper; I wish I hadn’t Save yourself a night of unrest at a subpar facility and book your stay at another hotel.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. I will definitely return in the future.

Refurb of property well done. Desk staff VERY HELPFUL! Breakfast was good - LOTS of choices eg lactose free milk, almond milk, sausage, eggs, waffles, etc
