ラマダ バイ ウィンダム コーンウォール(Ramada by Wyndham Cornwall)

We had fabulous stay at Ramada, breakfast was great, pool was amazing, unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t available, but perfect stay nonetheless!

酒店特別大轉了一大圈才到房間，設施就是比較舊的那種，空調聲音比較響，不過衞生良好，符合預期，就是性價比不大高

乾淨整潔，駕車方便

The door to the pool was jammed so we pinched our fingers trying to exit the pool area. The hot tub was broken.

When checking in , the lobby was full of children and families. Assumed it was a tournament which happen at this time of the year. We requested to be away from the busy area if possible. The clerk seemed to be struggling to manage but said we would be away from the group. When we walked to our room there was a hockey game going on in front of our door. I called down and told the clerk that it was not okay as we had a long travel day. He threatened to kick us out of the hotel and said “ this is Boxing Day, I’m not dealing with this “. He then said he was going to hang up and if I wanted I could call back in five minutes and “try again”. I have travelled extensively my whole long life and have never experienced this. My hope is that this young man will have a well needed break or holiday as he clearly was not managing well. We stayed the night as we were exhausted. The clerk in the morning was very nice as was the breakfast room staff. Unfortunately, the anger and outburst of the clerk has left a bad taste so we will not return to that location in the future.

Access to second level rooms was not ideal or communicated, there was no elevator and the front desk employee did not communicate an appropriate door to park at to easily access my room. I walked from the front desk to my room in the third wing of the hotel which was not close at all. Not to mention I waited close to 10 minutes for the front desk employee to appear and check me in.

Really soft bed, had a sore back the next morning, we were on the first floor and the floor was very cold so bring some slippers! Otherwise decent hotel

I extended my stay and asked to stay in the same room which was fine. But I got a pretty rude voicemail from someone at the front desk about getting all my stuff out of my room. I called back and explained the situation and then asked for some more water and coffee for the morning and Kathy wasn’t very polite about it. I understand not everything is free but asking for water shouldn’t be talked to so rudely about it.

the room 174 did not have heat and when i called the desk to voice the issue i was told there wasnt anything that could be done, it was a cold night and my girlfriend does not handle the cold well
