I love this hotel. I feel like I'm at home. Staff is friendly and efficient. I will continue to stay here when visiting my family in Corona, Ca.

Room heater was noisy and could hear everyone close their door all night. Otherwise staff was nice and efficient, room was big and liked the kitchen. I do plan to stay again as it is very near my daughter and family.

When checking in a lady stated that she needed a new room key. You could tell the lady at the front desk didnt know who she was. She asked what room and the lady told her. She instantly gave her new keys without verifying who she was. Beds were a bit hard as well.

The wifi was not working the first day. They needed to reset my Wifi on next day!!!!

The facility itself is fine. The HUGE problem that we had was that the room was so loud that we could not sleep. There is a ceiling vent that does NOT turn off and sounds like the typical annoying bathroom celing vent times 5. Same thing with the AC unit. It goes off every 3 - 4 minutes and is extremely loud. We were not able to turn it off either. Since we arrived at the room after midnight after checking in earlier, we did not get to talk to the staff about it. If you are deaf, you will enjoy this room (#227).

Everything was perfect, horrible smell from the sewer all over the unit during the whole stay. The ventilation were on all the time , but the smell is horrible…

I had an enjoyable stay. The room and facility were clean (a recently constructed extended stay hotel). All appliances worked properly. Management and staff were courteous and professional. There rates were reasonable.

Bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed, it was on a roller, so it kept rolling open; not good when you have a kid in the room with you. Bed was not comfortable, it was hard and didn’t sleep well. The bed really only had sheets, no blankets.

I have a strong appreciation for the architecture and the neatness of the building, and I found the staff to be amicable. However, I was disappointed to discover that the application I utilized (*******) to reserve this room did not mention or provide any warning about the additional fees for bringing a pet. While I understand the reasoning behind the charges, it can be frustrating to unexpectedly incur an extra $55 during check-in and an additional $11 upon check-out (which seems somewhat excessive).
