Another lovely stay at Hesperia Bristol playa. I stay here frequently and its always nice. Pool was lovely and quite warm. Pool bar as good as always and we enjoyed some cocktails on our sun loungers. We love the walk down the promenade into town.I will be back again soon.

First trip abroad for many years , bristol playa did not disappoint, great room and hotel facilities at affordable prices ,swimming pool was great and kept very clean ,the pool bar staff kept the guests entertained ,a great location for local bars and restaurants, loved the music square close by. cant wait to come back next year booking again as soon as we get home.

I had a very bad experience with this hotel in first instance they have assigned a room which was unsellable just opposite the back kitchen of the pool bar with all the dirty and waste around. To change the room they have charged me 90€ which I felt robbed. The receptionist Gloria and her manager were very rude and also they haven’t even let me talked with the property manager! The experience was so frustrating and disappointed which I made the decision to not come back anymore in this hotel! They haven’t even apologised were so rude the girls at the reception! Disgusting!

This was our 1st visit to the island, family of 4, 3 adults, 1 child. August summer holidays 2024, Pleasantly surprised with our hotel, our apartment was spacious, there was 4 of us and enough room for 6, so plenty of room, upon arrival our room was lovely and clean, lovely bathroom and the rainfall shower was lush! Our bedding and towels were changed half way through our 1 week stay. No sunbeds wars at all, lovely pools, plenty of sunbeds, Danny behind the bar is a lovely bloke, onsite shop sells yummy fresh croissants, perfect for breakfast, all the staff were friendly, polite and helpful, we had a lovely stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Lovely place, Clean, nice apartments, Pool bar lovely with great food. Supermarket is good, Pools are warm once your in. No fighting for sunbeds, we are here in the middle of August. Short walk to the harbour with restaurants entertainment. Went to the sand dune beaches by the Riu hotels 12 euros each way in a taxi. Bring all paracetomol ect as the pharnaacy is miles away. The long boat wok restaurant is lovely . Appartment is spacious we had room 356. Safe place, kids went to the pool on there own for half hour in the morning. They are 9 10 11. Drawbacks- The wind Hard beds and who you go with!

We booked this hotel as it was cheap. I wasn't expecting anything fancy if I was I most certainly wouldn't have booked this. I was concerned by some of the reviews before going because we had booked the basic room. I had asked for an upstairs apartment and when we arrived I was pleasantly surprised as it was better than I was expecting. We were out all day and only used the apartment to sleep and shower. Ok the apartment is a bit dated but it was a good size. It only had 2 single beds but we pushed them together. We didn't need any air conditioning so don't worry about not having any. The room was only cleaned once during our stay ( 1 week) but because we were out all the time once was fine. Because we didn't spend much time in the hotel we didn't have much interaction with the staff apart from check in and out, but they were friendly. The location of the hotel was good and it had free parking so we never had to worry about getting a parking space when we came back. If you are looking for a cheap holiday then this hotel is good. If you want a fancy hotel you need to pay more. The photos I have put up were taken on our last day that's why it's not clean.
