H10 Ocean Dreams is tte best hotel we’ve stayed in the attention to everything is superb staff amazing, room amazing, pool amazing and the breakfast is fantastic. Everything you could want is provided. Everywhere is spotless smells lovely. We had a superior room it was huge the bathroom had gels hand wash body milks shampoo and conditioner also robes and slippers. Received cava and chocolates for my birthday also got chocolates every night delivered. We would highly recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to go back

This H10 boutique hotel is fabulous and we will definitely be returning again. The breakfast is fabulous and made to order, the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are lovely and spotless. There really isn’t anything I can fault. Close to all the bars and restaurants, 5 mins walk to the beach with plenty of nice beach bars.

Was there last September, enjoyed it so much had no hesitation in booking it again. Heading there on June 8th. Really looking forward to it. Spotlessly clean, good food great service. Great location within walking distance of any area of interest.

Overall a lovely holiday once again in our favourite hotel in Corralejo. Great to see some familiar faces and receive a warm welcome back from the lovely Marta- special thanks to this wonderful member of staff. Also thanks to the team in the restaurant. Bruno, Marta, Paula and all the rest of the very hardworking staff. Had a wonderful hot stone massage from Anna - highly recommend best one I’ve ever had. We went to the sangria making demonstration and had a great time. Sorry can’t remember the name of the guy and girl who hosted but they were both great fun. Felt arrival and departure interact with reception was lacking on both occasions. No communication as promised to let us know when room was ready, when we asked why no call we just received a shrug. Also on departure very dour and lacking in customer service. Looking forward to our next trip to this wonderful hotel.

Lovely hotel, very relaxed, lovely pool and area, staff very friendly....very clean hotel, maid service everyday, clean towels etc...shampoo,conditioner, shower gel all included....very close to the main *****, shops,bars restaurants etc. Didnt eat in the hotel so cant comment on food....would definitely come back

30th Birthday present. Very average for what we paid for (3k) - 2 weeks stay and spent about 3k for food etc. I’ve been told to put my clothes on while ordering my coffee by the pool ( i was wearing bikini top and shorts) bear in mind 2m away there were woman with no top bikinis on. We asked to change our room as we got a room that was facing a wall of another building- being told to pay more if we want to be by the pool view. Food was nice and the environment. Wouldn’t come back nor recommend. Entertainment good (music) nobody told us about the yoga or any other activities that we saw happening. The spa probably the best as quiet and super relaxing. Don’t waste your money if you think this is fancy as it’s really average.

Clean quiet nice. Restaurant has the same food for dinner every evening with a special. Very chill place. Just did a wine and cheese tasting. Activities every day. Jazz band on Tonight. 2 piece band by pool yesterday. Music from speakers today.

Arrived late at the hotel so checked in and went out for food straight away but called at reception to tell them that the room was very hot and the air conditioning didn’t seem to be working. Obviously they couldn’t do anything that night but would send someone from maintenance the next day. Next morning we discovered the hair dryer was temperamental and the ceiling fan in the bathroom was hanging off, both of which were reported to reception. Breakfast was very good with a huge range of foods available and the table service was exceptional and friendly. We went out for the whole day returning late evening after a meal out. The fan had been fixed but the hair dryer was still not working correctly and the air con seemed a little better. At around 2.00 am the air conditioning began making an horrendous noise which was impossible to sleep through. We duly rang down to reception and the person on duty immediately offered us another room, which we took. We spent the rest of the morning after breakfast moving from one room to the new room. This room was much better. Pleased to say that these issues were dealt with to our satisfaction. The standard rooms (which were all that were available when we booked) we experienced were in need of a little TLC. The cleaning of the rooms was hit and miss, there was dust and debris under the bathroom unit and we found a mouldy pear in a bag at the back of one of the units, next to the bed, when we came to checking that we had not forgotten anything just before leaving. The pool was very nice and clean but unfortunately if you were not up at the crack of dawn to put your towel out then you would not have a lounger even though people left their loungers for hours on end. The reception staff were very friendly, efficient and polite, all able to speak English. Location was fine, not too close to the bustle of the main st., but within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants.

We have just returned from a 10 night holiday and it was great, one of the most relaxing hotels we have stayed in, the staff are brilliant, friendly, always smiling, helpful and professional (a special mention to Matka in the restaurant and bar). They also care about the environment and have a option to buy a water bottle for 6 euros which is re filled from the bar as needed so no need to buy plastic bottled! Thank you H10 Ocean Dreams for a great holiday.
