Where do I start… Me and my friend visited for a 4 night child and husband free holiday. We were dubious about what to expect from the mixed reviews but honestly our expectations were more than met and resort is definitely 3+* no lower! Both fussy eaters but managed to find our plates full at every sitting. 1€ deposit plastic beakers were ample but you could use your own if wished to, we just paid for multiple cups instead. Everywhere clean and any issues were resolved immediately. Our room was basic, clean and more than needed with the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and the most powerful shower experienced in a complex. Towels changed 3 times in 4 nights. Pools clean, warm (once in) and plenty of sun beds around, never struggled to find empty beds at anytime. Evening entertainment started at 9.30 was perfect for us and we had a great laugh every night! Massive shout out to Michael and Valentine the funniest duo about!! Will miss their antics! All staff work so hard at the complex and deserve credit! Big thank you to Kinga for keeping our beakers refilled with cocktails and spirits, such a lovely person! Will definitely return, either with or without my family. Resort ticks all boxes for a fabulous budget holiday. Missing everyone and everything already from your Liverpool dancing ladies!

Excellent hotel and so clean food good and varied, full English breakfast Pools are clean and quite warm, the whole are is cleaned every day towels changed everyday if left on bathroom floor, if you need anything reception staff do there best to get it for you

Me and my wife stayed here for 9 nights. The small complex is excellent, spacious, clean, tidy and well maintained. Our room was basically a small 1 bed apartment with full kitchen, cannot fault it one bit. Maid service is 5 days a week and they are brilliant. All the staff we found were friendly and provided excellent service. The only down sides which in my opinion for what you pay should not put you off are the food which is basic and the plastic drink cups for the all inclusive. But just get a bigger drink cup from a nearby shop and eat out once or twice. I would definitely stay here again, we had a brilliant holiday. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay excellent!

What a lovely little hotel. My sister and I stayed for a week and had no problem getting a sun-bed. The restaurant was clean and the food was always hot, with different meals each day. The staff were lovely. The hotel room was clean and had plenty of room. The beach was 10 minutes from the hotel so went there most mornings for a gentle walk. Went on a ferry to Lanzarote which was lovely. I would definitely go back. All in all a lovely holiday.

Went here for a family holiday this May and for the most part I really enjoyed our stay. The staff are all very friendly. My 4 year old boy loved the kids disco. The rooms are a good size and kept clean. You can book the shower room for free on your last day for convenience if your transfer is later on in the afternoon so you can still enjoy the pool and other facilities and make the most of your day. A few negatives were that the rooms were a bit dated, the hair dryer didn’t work, the lock on the patio door was faulty… our air conditioning didn’t work properly when we first arrived but when we reported it the hotel fixed it promptly and gave us a fan too. The faulty door wasn’t fixed whilst we were there so don’t know if they were waiting on a new part. You do have to pay a 1 euro deposit for a glass for your drinks in the pool area but you get it back at the end and tbh I agree with a hotel trying to be more environmentally friendly. Over all I was pleased with my stay

Apartment was great and very clean, great bed, well equipped kitchen area. Staff in all areas very helpful. Overall a good holiday.

This was our 2nd visit to this hotel. Don’t really revisit hotels but as we had such a lovely experience when we were there in 2019 we decided to come back . I must say it was even better the 2nd time around. All off the staff from young lady on reception to the cleaners were all so helpful. Good food, good animation. What more can I say will definitely be back soon.

I love this hotel, Excellent in every way, we both had a very much needed relaxing week at Arena Beach, Room, Food and Facilities exceptional, what it really comes down in the success of this hotel is the staff, they are all amazing, Arena Beach provides a holiday atmosphere that money can’t buy, peace, fun and relaxation, going to book again for later this year, love it

Where do I start, we have just returned home from a family holiday for 6 nights at Arena beach. - when we arrived a travel cot and water was waiting for us, lovely touch - food was REALLY good for an all inclusive they had grilled duck and ribs one of the days. The morning pancakes were a winner - My children took a liking to Jan the entertainer, he was so funny and brilliant with the kids. The kids literally cried on his 2 days off 😂 but even when he wasn't working he'd come say hi. - the hotel was clean, tidy and all the staff made a special effort to make us welcome. - The guests were all so friendly and as it's quite a small resort you get talking to everyone. I will be back as the kids (and us) loved every minute Thanks all! Millie and Finns parents 🥰
