Absolutely lovely hotel. Visited here previously and glad we returned. We've stayed at several hotels nearby, h10 dreams/suites/ corralejo Bay, but this just has it all. Rooms modern and spacious, staff friendly and helpful, restaurant has lovely food especially breakfast. Pool area clean and not problem getting a bed. Sun around Pool all day. Location is one of the best and although near the centre it's calm and peaceful around the pool and hotel. We stayed half board and like to go our in the evening so can't comment about evening entertainment but there was something on most nights. We booked through jet2 but have booked direct before and if you sign up to barcelo there are extra benefits there too.

A third time at this wonderful hotel. A great location, spotlessly clean in all areas and very friendly staff. Large comfy clean room. Breakfast and lunch excellent as always however dinner has improved since 2023 and back to the standard previously enjoyed

I would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was so happy and friendly. We loved it.

Second time staying at this hotel, and happy to say it was just as amazing as the first time. A lovely relaxing hotel, areas are clean and well maintained. No scrambling for sunbeds! Plenty to go around, and there's such a relaxed atmosphere. Food was good as well, plenty of choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner, even for a notorious picky eater such as myself! The rooms are lovely; comfy beds with a variety of pillows, and are cleaned daily. Both times we've had a balcony to relax on in the evenings. The staff are fantastic, can't say enough good things about them! Everyone is so friendly, and attentive. The waitstaff at both the pool bar and restaurant were helpful and always smiling. The girls around the pool providing entertainment, Georgia red and Georgia blue, were amazing, got us all involved and had both of us laughing everyday. Even the cleaners and maintenance staff would greet us with a "Hola" while passing. There is only one downside to staying here... and that is we compare every other experince at different hotels to it! Already looking to book next year.

Absolutely outstanding hotel!! Exceptionally clean throughout. We stayed in the deluxe room with whirlpool, amazing and it also had a balinese bed to relax on. The outdoor saltwater pool was so refreshing with plenty of sunbeds. The food and waiter service was brilliant lovely friendly staff always very helpful. The lunchtime menu was perfect with lots of choices. The cocktails so tasty. Evening all inclusive meals were great too, following on with evening entertainment every night! My husband and I had the best time staying at this fabulous hotel in such a great location centre of town, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and very close to the beach. Cleanliness of rooms, decor of rooms, very bland, certain restaurant staff need training on customer service, food needs improvement for meat and fish, vegetables need cooking longer.

Very nice hotel,pleasant staff ,food was very good.The place was very clean,lots of cleaning staff around.It was a very relaxed atmosphere in the hotel and especially around the pool,always sunbeds available,the young entertainment team were very friendly and not pushy at all.I would recommend this hotel for all ages.

Our 2nd stay here A warm welcome at reception with easy check in. We booked a Suite which was overlooking the pool which opens at 9am, plenty of sun beds & not the usual scramble. Hotel is very clean & maintains high standard. Restaurant had spacious seating with choice of eating inside or outside. Plenty of choice to choose from, catering for all appetites. The Bar by the pool has a great choice of meals for lunch & serves delicious cocktails. Always served with a smile. We used the Spa which is very refreshing after a day by the pool. Also a choice of treatments if you want to indulge. Ideal situation just off the Main Street to shops & ferry to Lanzerote for the day.. We will be back next year to have another great holiday.

Just returned from this lovely and well located hotel, Check in was efficient even though the young man that checked us in was in training he did really well. (Well done) The rooms were clean and house keeping every day if you wanted, the lady who kept our room clean (1216) was very friendly said good morning and always had a smile on her face. We stayed an a half board basis the food was very good very tasty sauages for breakfast, different theme every night the Italian was excellent. There were plenty of bars near by to keep you amused. (Retro bar & Mccarthys) are a must. Lovely walk to the marina and music Square. Plenty of shops for souvenirs. Would recommend this hotel .If I had any negative views that would be didn't think it was very disability adapted.
