Очень удачное расположение отеля в сердце старого города. Приятный интерьер. Очень хороший разнообразный завтрак. Можно попросить горячей воды для чая в номер. Ложкой дегтя оказалось нежелание персонала попытаться помочь с резервацией места в ресторане, в итоге поужинать совсем не получилось

Request a room with a view and received just that. I had one of the loveliest of rooms in the hotel with two amazing window views of the town. Working air conditioning. Spacious. Clean. Bathroom tub/shower would be tricky for those with limited mobility. Very close to Cortona city center. Arrange a taxi to pick you up from the train station ahead of arrival and departure. No car needed.

We had a great stay in this charming old hotel. Our stay here was flawless. Amalia was so nice. Our room was spotlessly cleaned every day. It was easy to get to. It was just a few steps from the main square. Lots of great restaurants just feet away. The breakfast was super. The view from our room was nice. We hope to be back again in the future. A very nice welcoming, a beautiful hotel in an old palazzo, but well renewed, comfortable and quiet room, delicious breakfast. The hotel is close the principal museums and monuments. The restaurants are nearest. We've had a very nice staying in Hotel San Michel in Cortona.

Welcome. Charm. Beauty. And absolutely unmatched hospitality. I felt like royalty here - the staff is warm, courteous and made every effort to provide top quality service. I have traveled the world and this hotel will stand out in my memory as one of the best, for the entire experience. I wish every hotel in NY would send their staff here to experience what true hospitality can be. An absolute gem.

Nice location...staff were helpful and informative....rooms were spacious...shopping and restaurants were in walking distance. Umbrellas were provided as it was drizzling. Hotel is nicely decorated...buffet had many food choices.

Hotel San Michele is a MUST stay while in Cortona! It is a beautiful, upscale, clean, and professional business in the heart of Tuscany's most charming city. The staff were all extremely nice and helpful, providing tips and recommendations for restaurants and things to do throughout our stay. Gabriel and Manuel were both fantastic. The rooms/bathrooms were spacious, clean, and very cozy! My husband and I will definitely stay here again, and will recommend to anyone visiting Cortona. Wish we didn't have to leave!

Loved the historic atmosphere and everyone was so friendly and helpful! The location was perfect, very close to the Piazza Nacionale and centrally located. They recommended wonderful places to eat. Would stay there again!

You will love this place: it's in the heart of Cortona and you'll feel the magic of this place. Hotel staff is very kind and helpul; breakfast is good. Remember: you can't access to the city centre by car but hotel can allow you to load/unload your suitcases by a temporary pass.
