Club Atlantis Aparthotel Ocean View

Me and my family stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with a small terrace area looking out the back . Overall it is a functional apartment with an equipped kitchen and has the necessities. However the main issue with this place is the lack of any cleaning. We stayed for 8 nights and not once had anything cleaned nor had any towels or bed sheets changed. We also accumulated lots of rubbish which left a ghostly sight in the kitchen for the last part of the holiday. Even one clean half way though with fresh towels and bedding would have made all the difference. They also refuse to replace the toilet roll!! So when the small amount we had run out, we had to buy some more. There was also a stain on my bed. Making these small changes would make this rating so much higher. The pool area is lovely, and the poolside bar offers you pretty much everything from drinks and nice food. We spent most of our time here. Overall if you’re looking for cheap accommodation this place is a good option but don’t expect any cleaning!

Will never go there again. The apartment had no consumables. Not even toilet roll. Two towels and bedding changed once only in 2 weeks. No cleaning atoll. Sunbed stupidity. Holiday makers alienated by owners/residents.
