Presents itself as a 4 star hotel and overall it probably is, we went all inclusive Room - Really spacious Suite, good sized bathroom and kitchen, importantly large enough space so that when sat in the lounge area at night we weren't on top of the toddler asleep in the room, really good travel cot, mattress and blanket provided for him. Food - We don't eat fish which is our problem not the resorts (our child loved it), but I didn't feel the foods really alternated much throughout the week, on a few occasions it was a bit more of a struggle for us to find food, the staff at meal times were friendly and efficient. Pool - Heated pool, understand they may tun it off in from may on wards, wow it was lovely and warm, the kids pool / slide area was really good and a place you could just sit on the side and let them get on with it, love the fact there is a no reserving of sunbed rule in place, however there was plenty of room (probably because many of the other guests were cyclists so you felt you got a big hotel to yourself almost. Kids club - Veronica....WOW she is amazing, the Mini Club is a good place to get out of the sun and Veronica is brilliant, maybe a little bit more money is needing to be invested in some of the equipment that looks quite old and tired Mini Disco - Our childs highlight of the week...every night at 8.30 (I think) Veronica gathers up all the kids and they dance around etc for half and hour whilst parents sit around the outside watching (drink optional), but Veronica really is an absolute superstar, she really does look as though she enjoys her job and it shows. Location - It's a decent 15-20 minute walk to the main beach depending on which route you take. Bar - Other than the Pool bar seemingly always opening a little late and closing the drinks on offer were really goo and staff very friendly. This place was exactly as described and we had a good time :)

I’ve left a 4 star review just because the hotel is looking a bit washed out and could do with some renovations. The beach was advertised on jet2 as being 900 metres away but it’s about 1500 metres away to a very small beach and the larger beach you would need to get a taxi. The staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for you. I’d give the staff an easy 5 stars. The hotel was very clean throughout and remained this way for my weeks stay. I just want to add to this that Anderson in the disco bar was brilliant, he couldn’t do enough for you and made the evenings. I was ravelling solo so it was nice to have a chat with him and get to know him on the holiday…. Thanks Anderson!!

SEJOUR FABULEUX. Hôtel SUPER - RIEN A DIRE. Tout a été PARFAIT, accueil chaleureux et souriant de tout le staff. Une bonne partie du personnel parle français. Chambre qui est plus un appartement qu'une chambre. Restauration variée et de très bonne qualité. Nous remercions vivement Dominico, responsable, pour son écoute, son attention et son amabilité. Nous remercions également les personnes de l'accueil, tout le staff du restaurant, principalement David pour son humour et son amabilité. Piscines extérieures, dont 1 est très bien chauffée. MERCI POUR AVOIR CONTRIBUE PLEINEMENT A LA REUSSITE DE CE SEJOUR. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel. Ne changez rien. Jacqueline, Michel, Nadège, Khiara, Emy.

Love this hotel!! We had a stay for 2 weeks for the Easter holidays and I will say we loved it my son whos 11 didn’t want to leave. The food was really nice it’s a lot of fish and pork but they also do chicken kebab in the hotel we ate out a few time at the new mill which did the best roast dinner and fish and chips and wasn’t expensive, my only negative is the entertainment is shocking!! On the plus they have 2 pool tables which all the kids played and made their own games at night. The New Mill down the road do a quiz night with stand up bingo on a Tuesday night which we loved was really funny and my son knew some of the songs too. The town is about 35min walk which is nice at night and a taxi is around €4. I do recommend going rancho Texas and my fav was the aquarium it’s €6 in a taxi and nit expensive to go in you get to see turtles up close which are being treated to go back in the wild and sharks. All the animals are rescues and most going back to the wild, there’s even a turtle with a fin missing waiting to a plastic one fitted it’s worth the day out and crazy golf is across the road which was really funny.

I stayed here for four days , I was given room 5002 which is on the ground floor opposite the pool, the room was amazing , very spacious and a suite with an balcony . The staff were very friendly and attentive , the food was served buffet style and plenty of choice and vey fast table service for drinks. The pool bar was also well stocked There are several pools the main one being heated There is a spa which is outside of the hotel and a five minute walk , you will need to take a towel ( can obtain from the pool) One thing to note once checked out at 12pm you cannot use the all inclusive and have to pay for drinks/lunch if you have a late flight , you can keep the room on if available for E30 Transfer time to the airport is about 15mins

The food was hot, even if it was a limited selection and drinks were cold. The room was big and spacious, there were filthy handprints all over the walls, stains on sofa and defintely a little tlc needed. The heated pool was great. Most of the staff, outside of the resturant , are unfriendly bordering on rude unless you were French. Pool bar opened late everyday which considering it started later than every other hotel we've been too is bad, made worse that the bar staff kept disappearing only reappearing when a big enough queue had built. The show bar was closed early as well, meaning even less access to what we've already paid for. We were lied to by staff about being fully booked, lied to about access to all inclusive after 12 when we had to check out, originally told we would keep all inclusive then when it comes to it we're told no, no way. After challenging it they eventually told us it was €10 per person. It seems like every thing was too much trouble for them, attitudes of reception staff woefully inadequate. The manager that came to speak with us thinks we're ignorant british and talking down to us, couldn't have been more condescending if he'd tried. Overall a shallow hotel, looks good on the outside but lacking inside.

Our room was spacious.The bathroom needed some TLC.The ceiling fans rattle.Our room was close to the pool.Throughout the day, the non stop music was very intrusive.We had to close the patio and listen to the fan.Iwas unable to sit out by the pool.Sunloungers are reserved overnight.The small outdoor pool is heated although it's not a dedicated children's pool it is impossible to have a swim.The other pool is ice cold..After breakfast we left the hotel and stayed away as long as possible.An adult only area in the dining room would be a good idea.I am happy that we were only B&B.The restaurant is best described as a canteen.Staff collecting and scraping plates beside you as you eat.The food was bland.The area around the hotel is rough and rundown.I would not walk in that area after dark.Ten min walk to supermarket. I did not visit the spa or go into the hotel bar area.

Hotel is amazing. The bedroom we had was very spacious and very clean with a cleaning service every day with fresh towels. The food in the restaurant was lovely- the choice is sometimes limited but this is more than made up by the quality. I have an allergy and the restaurant staff were brilliant with me. No complaints with the food at all. The pool area is great and there is a kids club which runs 11-1 and 3-5 and does activities like colouring. There are activities during the day but the entertainment team are not at all in your face. You will either like that or not. Finally the staff are brilliant!! So friendly and happy to help. We will return!!

Lovely clean hotel. We were given an upgraded room but did not pay to use the jacuzzi as felt it was not worth paying the extra money. Room was very spacious with separate kitchen and bedroom. Lovely spacious bathroom with constant hot water. Friends were on another floor and their room was a different layout. But was about the same size. Without the jacuzzi. Was getting harder to find a table in the dinning hall as the week went on as it was getting busier with more families arriving due to being half term and staff were finding it difficult to to clear tables fast enough. Food was a good varied variety and you could always find something to eat. Drinks from the bars are very strong as they do not use alcohol measures. Pool towels can be changed regularly. We had no trouble at getting a sun-bed. This may not be the case when there are lots of families. There are not many sun shades. Like others have mentioned it is a 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and local shops. We found it was good to go for a walk after dinner as entertainment was hit and miss. Taxis are cheap. What we did not like was that we had to show our key card when we wanted to get drinks. Etc. Did not always take out both of these keys. Bring back the wrist bands so you don’t have to remember to take them to the bar each time.
