The hotel and breakfast is ok, but they don’t clean neither change the towels everyday

Los apartamentos serenity valen la pena. Muy nuevos y amplios. El desayuno podría mejorar, con algo de variedad saludable, todo era para público inglés. Y por mucho cartel que hubiera, a primera hora hamacas reservadas aunque no estuvieran en ellas en horas. Faltaría algo de supervisión en este sentido.

My husband and I went here in February 2024 as we thought it would be nice to get some sun during the long English winter My husband up graded us to the serenity area which was lovely a smaller area and so quiet The hotel was spotless and staff friendly Rooms spacious and a good kitchen area so we could have our own breakfast and lunch in the room The hotel is ideally situated near some great restaurants We went into the entertainment area a couple of nights and had a great laugh My only negative comment would be that we wouldn't want to come in the summer as there was no air conditioning in the rooms so I imagine it would be too hot But definitely a lovely hotel

Apartment was large with a fully equipped kitchen. Great balcony looking over the gardens. House keeping is every other day. No air conditioner which was quite bearable for April, but wouldn’t like to be there in the middle of summer. Walk in shower with decent hot water. Bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Maybe invest in duvet covers and new towels? Staff were so friendly and always busy. Miquel the waiter come vocalist was a darling. We were greeted each time by him when entering the restaurant. The food was very good. Great choices and chefs standing beside looking very proud.Maybe a better description of meat used. One night a pasta dish was on offer but no idea what meat was in it. Bar prices were very reasonable, €3.50 for a pint of beer. €4 for a decent size glass of wine. Cocktails around €7? Louie the entertainment guy was fabulous! So friendly and made a great effort with all the holiday makers. It’s a pity really because I feel he’s wasted, the entertainment isn’t very good but Louie tries really hard. The nightlife was dead in the hotel, they really should plan some more entertainment. I feel this would keep people in the hotel. The night the drag artist was on it was so busy. Everything was immaculate cleaning wise. Maybe a feedback form to be given when you check out. Thank you, a lovely holiday was had

Stayed serenity side this trip. Great hotel, great rooms ,friendly staff went b&b very good choices only gripe, we had a late check out 20.30 so had to vacate room at 12.00 as was unable to extend ,there are no changing room or shower room to freshen up after wandering around most of the day so make sure you have an earlier pick up time. Overall great place to stay and will return.

Visited hotel with friends in April 2024. Not a first time in Lanzarote. Hotel location it's good, good access to the beach, beach is nice and big. Rooms it's big and clean. We have 2 bedrooms apartment. Big and good with 2 balconies. We have bed and breakfast service. Breakfast it's so poor!! It's a baddest experience ever in my life with so bad breakfast!! We stayed 8 nights and this time each day absolutely same poor food !! There ,in Spain ,no one fresh vegetable on breakfast!! No one tomato or cucumber!! Porridge it's like soup not like a Porridge. So people, if you will go there ,don't buy this hotel with food ,cos we tucked each morning to the breakfast bar something from the shop. And I saw other people did this also. We have spoke with a hotel team about it secondly morning on our arrival but unfortunately no changes at all!

Stayed for a week half board at hotel siroco not in the serenity section. Hotel and rooms are spotless and clean. Rooms are very basic but comfortable and had ample space. Restaurant dining at breakfast and dinner was great. Generally plenty of seating available. Staff service was great. Food quality was superb and due to not loads of choice, it was always replaced frequently making it fresh and piping hot. Breakfast was generally the same menu but plenty to choose from. Dinner menu was same each night for salad, chips, potatoes but then the meat and veg was different each night and was delicious. The part that let the dining down was desserts as they appeared to be same each night and texture and flavour appeared the same. Overall, it was a very satisfying week, 20 minute walk to town either roadside or beach prom. Very happy to go there but definitely a 3 star hotel and not more. Wouldn’t return as I personally like to visit different places each time I go abroad but would highly recommend to anyone wanting an adults only, quiet, basic with lovely food hotel an to enjoy a nice walk to the local town.

This was our first time at the Siroco adult only , and we absolutely love this place. We booked into the Serenity premium apartment and it was so first class. Everything you need in the kitchen and we,ve never slept so soundly on holiday in the most comfortable very large bed. We have never been on such a relaxing tranquil holiday as this resort. From the first day we could just switch off and relax. The only sound you can hear is the rustle of the palm trees and the water cascades in the pool. Everyone there is just chilled and has switched off. So if your looking for a bit more lively holiday this is not for you. There is a bar in the serenity area but no loud music like most resorts. We had an upper floor apartment and balcony with view of pool. There was always plenty sun beds as the ground floor apartments have their own sun beds and no one can claim a bed before 10.00am which is so refreshing and perfect for most people not having to get up at the crack of dawn. We had breakfast booked and the food was superb. It covered everything from full English, continental, plenty fruit, so much choice in breads and pastries. Fresh pancakes or crepes every day and all types of coffees and tea. The staff are so lovely and friendly and can,t do enough for you. We mainly dealt with Dora, who we would love to say a big thank you for all her help. There is a supermarket across the road in the opposite hotel and restaurants about 5 - 10 Mins walk away. Beach again 5-10mins walk. We would highly recommend this resort, we are definitely returning very soon.

So just back from here now the hotel is as described 3 star and it was the pool side is busy but very quiet and you can usually get a sun lounger most of the guests are probably over 60 years old. We found the food was of good quality and lots to choose from so good there. The staff work hard and are very nice. The apartments are basic but clean. On a downside we had to check out at midday and didn't get picked up until six but the hotel don't do a shower room that is a point they should definitely look at as its to hot to hang about for six hours without a wash.
