During a three-night stay in Hull, our rest was disrupted by loud music from hotel functions, persisting past midnight. The staff eventually relocated us after complaints, but the experience was far from ideal. Additionally, both rooms, including an 'upgraded' one, needed modernization, especially the bathrooms with their poor fixtures and grime. The hotel's amenities like the pool and jacuzzi were also dated and unclean. With Accor's 2023 EBITDA nearing €1 billion, investment in this property seems overdue. We won't return without significant improvements.
