Great location, nice breakfast

Came the hotel during XMAS time. The service was nice and the breakfast was nice. The location is close to La DEFENSE giving access to the main attractions in Paris.

専門的ではない顧客サービス。私たちは部屋を予約していましたが、残念ながら近くのコンサートがキャンセルされ（これは珍しいことです）、私たちは非常に遠くに住んでいます。私たちは施設に解決策を見つけることができると思っていましたが（予約に応じて可能です）、彼らは何も知りたくありませんでした。有名なホテルチェーンとしては非常に残念です。良い顧客だったがそれだけだ。例外的な状況なのに、なぜ努力しないのか理解できません！どのホテルでも同じ状況が起こったことはありません。キャンセルなしの予約による支払い、もちろん条件（施設からの回答）に書かれていましたが、コンサートはキャンセルされ、2か月前にホテルに通知しました、管理者と解決策を見つけることができると思っていましたが、何もしませんでした！したがって、キャンセルせずに予約する場合は注意してください。お勧めしません。

We stayed at Adagio for one week with an educational tour group of 60 people. We were treated very well from the beginning being allowed to check in early. We found immediately that our water closet light was not working and reported our difficulties to the front desk. It was fixed in 10 minutes. The rooms were clean and comfortable offering a balcony, kitchen area with stove, microwave, sink, dishwasher, and dishes/silver, closet with shelves, a desk and phone, a flat screen TV, two twin beds, a bathroom with a tub/shower and sink, and a toilet room (water closet.) There was plenty of room to be comfortable. The heat was adequate and hot water plentiful. We found the complimentary breakfast very good with bread, cereals, yogurts, fruit, juices/coffee, eggs/meat/cheese, and condiments. The staff was courteous and helpful. The location was great--nice neighborhood with a Monoprix grocery close by. The metro was a 10-15 minute walk away. There was daily towel replacement and freshening up of the room. We enjoyed this hotel very much.

For 220 euros, it was not a good hotel. Someone entered my room at 11pm. Maybe other guests given the wrong room number and key. I paid extra for breakfast. I was told to bring a tray from the room. I was made to wait along with 6 other people in front of reception with the tray so they would give us what we ordered the previous night. I just left with no breakfast. For that price, even in Paris, I don’t want to feel like I’m in a college cafeteria.

Damaged furniture, very old fashioned studio with obsolete equipment, I would never call it 4-star hotel. I stayed for 2 nights and my price was 250€/night - crazy price for such place, moreover the room was not cleaned during the day. I wanted to take smashed eggs for a breakfast (breakfast offer is very poor anyway) but when I saw what was prepared I was not brave enough to put it on my plate. The price for such room/services should be below 100€/night. Sorry to say it, but I hope I will never go back there for a stay.

We travelled as a family of 4, with two young kids. We arrived quite late at night but there were no issues with accessing the apartment. It's about a 10 minute walk with suitcases etc from the train/Metro station and the escalators weren't working so getting the suitcases down the escalators required a little effort. Once in the apartment we found it clean and tidy. The kitchenette is just that! There is no oven or toaster just a hob and an all singing and dancing microwave but we managed to cook our meals well enough. The kitchen was well equipped and the dishwasher was a big bonus. It was quite hot in Paris for our trip and the lack of air conditioning meant we had to keep the fan on whilst in the apartment to stay at comfortable temperature and to allow the children to get to sleep. The pull out bed in the lounge, under the sofa had slats missing so you had to be careful where you put pressure on it. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful when needed, especially the young man on our arrival who gave us some bottles of refrigerated juice. The location of the apartment was ideal with a comfortable walk to public transport to go sightseeing. Overall it met our needs and we were generally happy with it.

Having stayed at this property the previous month, we were looking forward to our return. We had requested a room at the rear of the property for this visit which was duly allocated. Unfortunately there was no kettle which was rectified within the day, additionally the toilet also sprung a leak. Again this issue was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The patio of the apartment was unfortunately very untidy. Although we encountered a few problems, we had an enjoyable stay and cannot sing the praises of the staff - Friendly, helpful and very apologetic for our problems. Additionally, we emailed to raise awareness of the problems mentioned, within days we had a call from the manager who was sympathetic, apologetic and understanding. We would highly recommend this property, we will return Many thanks.

Nous avions réservé pour 5 nuit depuis mai , à notre arrivée les personnes à l’accueil désagréable et très peu souriante nous donner notre chambre à 15 pile. Arrivée dans la chambre, surprise ! Aucune climatisation et un ventilateur dans une des chambres . J’appelle directement l’accueil en leur expliquant le problème , la personne me répond qu’il n’y a plus de Clim depuis 1 ans et que cela est indiqué sur le site internet ! Faux mon critère premier était la climatisation ( étant venu à Paris l’année dernière nous avions eu très très chaud ) , il me dit que cela est enlevé du site depuis 1 mois ! Je lui dit que ma réservation date de mai et que je ne logerai pas là sans climatisation . Je lui demande d’être relogé dans un autre appart hôtel à La Défense où il y a la Clim. Il me propose l’appart hôtel adagio Kléber . Nous plions nos affaires et partons pour l’autre appart hôtel. Rien à voir , personnel sympathique , accueillant , chambre beaucoup plus propre et beaucoup plus de confort . Je me regrette pas d’avoir changé d’hôtel et vous conseil sans hésité l’appart hôtel adagio Kléber.

Suite à une annulation de concert pas de remboursement possible , on vous raccroche au nez et même si lors de la réservation on vous a annoncé que la veille de l’arrivée il n’y aurait pas de problème de remboursement… des escrocs que je ne vais lâcher …..
