This lovely family hotel is punching well above its weight. Immaculately clean and super friendly at all levels. Reception staff are knowledgeable and delighted to help. Located in the centre with a free shuttle service. Great powered showers in the refurbished bathrooms. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay at the Hotel Croux. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Superb breakfast included as well as delightful lounge and bar areas. Some very nice additional touches including tea and coffee making facilities available in one of the public rooms where you can make your own drinks and help yourself to delicious homemade sweet treats. The hotel is close to many restaurants, bars and shops and is within walking distance of the Dolonne cable car. However if you have your skis/boots or just don’t fancy the walk, the hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the cable car station during the day. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic family run ski hotel in a great location for the town centre and bus station. Friendly service. Comfortatable rooms, good breakfast, quiet bar. Free shuttle to ski lifts 15 mins walk away. Couldn't do enough for you and we had a great relaxing week when not skiing.

I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Croux. We stayed on 2 occasions in September and loved it so much! The staff is incredible and talented and professional, the owners are on-site and go above and beyond for their guests. The breakfast was delicious; when we had an early morning departure, they generously allowed us to take some croissants and coffee with us. The sauna is well worth the additional charge - clean and relaxing and private since it on a requested basis. I would not think of staying anywhere else in Courmayeur when we return.

Loved this place. We arrived after 5 days on the TMB and they said they had reasonably priced laundry! I was so happy. Very comfy rooms, great location ( near the bus stop and next door to a great pizza shop). Service was uniformly excellent. Each night we had delicious local wines at the bar, along with complementary bar snacks before dinner. Honestly these people have thought of everything!

Absolutely great! Well placed, nice spacious rooms, very good mattresses, great view on MB.. have an in house bar with decent wine choices .. good breakfast..very kind and efficient manager. Absolutely great value for money. A place to come back !

We holidayed at this hotel 3 times for our skiing holidays, and every time we had a great experience. The hotel is very central and handy for restaurants/shops. It is very clean, breakfast is good, and all the staff are always welcoming and happy to help. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

My wife and I were pretty shocked and offended (which isn't normal for us) The hotel staff would not provide us a glasses for our bottle of wine. We brought back a nice bottle we bought in town. Even though they had glasses right there, they made us go to our room to get paper cups because glasses were for their "paying customers" even though we stayed there for 2 nights. So petty and really took away from the experience of staying there. Seems they have a lot to learn about customer service.

This place was just perfect for our TMB rest day. Central location (on the TMB) near all the amenities with à beautiful garden for picnics. The rooms were excellent, excellent wifi, lightning fast laundry service, a pool room!!, fantastic breakfast (I normally don’t add breakfast - like ever - but this one was worth it) and really lovely staff.

Very friendly, central hotel. Really comfortable beds - essential after long days in the mountains- and brilliant service. I lost a phone on a local bus, they found it and I had it back that evening - 50km away in France. Outstanding.

My friends and I booked two rooms at hotel Croux. One is facing the front with a balcony and one is facing the back (without a balcony) with Mountain View. It is a nice, homely hotel with a personal touch. Its location is very strategic. The property is right smack in the middle of all the action. The tourism office is right next to it and there are bus services running to other parts of the area. The main shopping areas is just behind the hotel. There are also many restaurants surrounding the hotel. The town’s only supermarket is just a stone throw away. There is ample parking available. The room is also very spotlessly clean. The pillows are so comfortable. Breakfast was also good, with a view of the mountain!

A gem of a hotel run by a family giving fantastic service, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel itself is clean and very comfortable with a great garden to relax in at the end of a days hiking. The breakfasts are absolutely delicious and evening meals in town are accessed easily and conveniently due to the great location. It is also only a minute or 2 away from all the bus stops. Will definitely return.

Sono stato ospite della struttura per 3 notti con colazione inclusa insieme alla mia compagna. La gentilezza e l’ospitalità sono il biglietto da visita dell’Hotel. Fin da subito abbiamo ricevuto preziosi consigli relativi allo Skipass, oltre a informazioni dettagliate su maestri sci, ristoranti e pizzerie. Comodissimo il servizio navetta per gli impianti, ricordiamo con affetto i consigli del responsabile sull’utilizzo delle catene e la sua premura per il nostro attardato rientro nell’ultimo giorno di sci. La colazione é buona e varia, servita da una signora che mette il buon umore con i suoi modi gentili e affabili. Abbiamo goduto in particolare delle crepes al cioccolato e del tè caldo con vista sul Dente del Gigante. La camera da letto é bella, accogliente e comoda. Riscaldata e ben arredata. Letto e cuscini comodi. Abbiamo adorato il bagno, ben curato nei dettagli, doccia comoda e funzionale, ottima scelta della linea cortesia alle erbe alpine. Al ricevimento abbiamo trovato sempre sorrisi e cortesia. Per i nostri soggiorni a Courmayeur sceglieremo senza alcun dubbio nuovamente l’Hotel Croux e non mancheremo di consigliarlo ad amici e conoscenti.
