本当に楽しい滞在でした。ホテルもサービスも最高でした。素敵なスタッフとフレンドリーなサービスで、また必ず来ます。

ホテルはコベントリーの近くにあり、高速道路からもすぐにアクセスできます。部屋はそれほど広くなく、朝食は平凡です。ただし、駐車場は非常に便利で、車を運転する人にとっては親切です。

朝の朝食がおいしく、駐車場も無料だったので、また泊まりたいと思いました。

快適で清潔、ロケーションも最高で素晴らしい滞在でした

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The staff are very friendly, and the service is as excellent as always.

The location is good as there is 3 big shopping store like Tesco and Home bargain very close to the hotel. There is a big car park outside and you can drive to city center around 15mins

Excellent location for what we needed, clean and spacious.. Will defo use again

I booked it for three night as I had some business in the area. Due to a recent bad experience with a budget hotel, i though might have a better value for the higher price. I was wrong. Very mediocre service, small room, funky odour, and limited amenities. For the anount I paid i expected a better value. Staff were helpful though.

Started charging for car parking £10.00

I’ve stayed here before not a problem,but this time was terrible I stayed in the car park 1 hours thought they’d made a mistake on the booking the hotel looked like a demolition site no sign of entrance or reception very disappointing,gave me a disability room which I refused to stay in at a different hotel , I think the manager was Richard who helped us get a different room he was very friendly but the room was in lower ground smelling of sewage in hallway’s and damp in the room ,we both suffer with asthma and anxiety , all the lady staff was very polite and welcoming but I don’t want to stay here again
