The staff were very friendly, with the exception of the receptionist, Andreia, who was quite rude when I had to ask a question for a second time. Everyone else, from the waiters and bar staff to the other receptionists, was kind, welcoming, and professional. The spa was excellent and definitely worth visiting. The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes.

Very nice SPA-hotel with kind and friendly personal. The saunas and swimming pools are clean and pleasant. The buffet and the dinner are wide and tasty.

Very good hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the overall service was excellent. The location was convenient, and the facilities met my expectations. I had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

It's a very nice hotel staff are very very friendly i am booked in for next week too as my husband is in hospital in covilha so it's so close for me I have been in. Bom hotel
