I thought it was ridiculous because there was only one heating board in the room. How could she turn off the heating? Finally, she asked me to open the window. Because I live on the underground floor, I am also afraid of mosquitoes when I open the windows, so I can only endure it. Unexpectedly, when I was taking a shower, I found that the shower gel and hair washing water had also been used up without being replenished. Disappointed with hotel service and management."

"We had a lovely stay at Edenmore while my husband was travelling on business. The room was a lovely size and had everything we needed for our week there. The hotel staff are just lovely! So kind and helpful; especially as I had my 3 month old baby girl with me and they always made sure to check in on us while my husband was working during the day. The breakfast is absolutely excellent and they happily provided me with a gluten free breakfast. Lovely restaurant and a lovely setting to relax. Wish we could come back already!"
