Hotel Europeca

The hotel is a joke in terms of conditions and basic cleaning. The staff does not have basic training in communicating with guests. One of the worst hotels one can find in Craiova. On top, you end up sleeping 3h/ night if they have a party booked at the 1st floor ( restaurant & terrace).

I cannot believe how this is a 4 star hotel, it cannot be! Pros: the desk receptionist was really nice. The terrace on the first floor was beautiful. It is also situated in a central location. Cons: The furniture is outdated. Did not have an iron in the room. The AC machine is from the 90s The smell coming from the sewers was horrible! We were on the 5th floor. Ended up wetting a towel and putting over the drain, plus closed the door. That helped. For a 4 star hotel, it didn't even provide shower gel. There were 2 packs of shower gel and that was it. Also, the duvet was not covered in any sheets. So you can imagine that it wasn't washed after others used it and just popped back in the wardrobe. There was also a bug in the room. The light was flicking in the hallway. Overall, the price is not worth it at all!

Sono venuta per lavoro ed ho soggiornato pochi giorni. Le camere sono decenti ma il cibo è terribile così come il servizio.Premetto che ero ospite ed avevo i pasto pagati ma ho scoperto che l'acqua non era compresa. Buona posizione vicina al centro.
