Had a week at Red Roof Inn and it was cool overall! The vibe was cozy, and the front desk staff was super friendly and saved the day when my boyfriend dropped his wallet. Lost our keycard too, but he hooked us up without any hassle. Only downside was the room had a bit of dust and a briefly clogged toilet, but nothing major. Overall, a pretty good stay! 🌟

We went late night. Someone was there to give our room keys. As we have to early they asked us to keep the lets inside the room and open the curtains. Room wasn’t cleaned that much.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days. There was wire cot outside our door with caution tape on it. There were beer bottles caps on the sidewalk the entire he we were there. The air conditioner didn't work very well and was noisy as could possibly be. The bathroom door had 2 round smashed in spots where you could see some had bashed another person's head into the door. The shower curtain was pretty much falling off the rod because it was so taddered and torn and cobwebs in the corners of the bathroom. We had to go get our own towels each day from the laundry and turn in our dirty ones. I requested to have my sheets changed on our 3rd day around noon and I was told that they would try to get to it that day, they didn't change the sheets until the 4th day at 3pm and when the gentleman came to change the sheets he didn't bother to knock he just walked right in, I was laying in bed with nothing on from the waist down. I had to ask him to step out of the room 3 times so I could get dressed before he entered to clean. Also, there's no microwave or fridge for a standard room, that's an extra $17. If could give less than one star I would.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS DISGUSTING RATS NEST. BED HAS BLOOD AND URINE STAINS IN THE MATTRESS PAD. THEY PUT A THIN SHEET OVER THE PISS STAINS AND BLOOD AND GLARE AT YOU THREATENINGLY IF YOU COMPLAIN. MY WIFE WILL NEVER BE THE SAME AFTER THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. WE HAD TO LEAVE AND HAD NO PLACE TO GO OR SLEEP AFTER DRIVING 10 HOURS . MALE EMPLOYEE GLARING, LEERING, THREATENING TONE, DRESSED AND ACTED UNPROFESSIONALLY- SCARED THE HECK OUT OF US WE HAD TO BOLT EVEN WITH NO PLACE TO GO LATE AR NIGHT IN AN UNFAMILIAR AREA. FEMALE EMPLOYEE OFFERED TO CHANGE THE SHEET ONLY. DONT SAY TOU WERE NOT WARNED. ALSO DO NOT RELY ON HOTWIRE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT BACK YOU AS A CUSTOMER AND SENT US TO THIS DANGEROUS DISGUSTING PLACE

I visited this place at the end of April. The management team is different from the previous one I met two years ago, and they are extremely rude. After I left, their staff accused me of stealing their blanket and charged me 100$. I have been calling the Red Roof for a week waiting for their explanations but got none. I will suggest people reading this review never book this place, a hotel that calls their guests THIEF

I checked in & was told all rooms on the main level were taken so was given a room on the 2nd. floor. However, there seemed to be at least 7 rooms on the main level that were unoccupied. It was 42ª that night but I couldn't find how to heat the room. The unit had a sticker that stated COOL ONLY. I couldn't see any instructions on how to turn on the heat. In Florida, my room unit had both heat & A/C but not Cranberry! This hotel needs a total renovation. I've stayed at other Red Roof Inns & was satisfied with my accommodation, but not here. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

My wife and I stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Cranberry Township while in the Pittsburgh area as part of a multi-state fall color trip. We arrived at about 5:30 p.m. on a Wednesday. The front desk clerk spoke with a heavier accent that was a little difficult to understand at times. The experience however improved from here as the room and the property overall was in very good condition. It had an on-site guest laundry which came in handy for us to do some laundry on a longer trip; the clerk was able to give us change, as we had somehow managed not to acquire a lot of change for as far into the trip as we usually do. The property is very close to the Pennsylvania Turnpike and you will hear noise from the Turnpike throughout the night as traffic apparently never drops off much along this highway, however it was not a major distraction.

The room was very clean, which I think is most important. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a pickup and trailer, they were happy to accommodate. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The only fault I could think of would be there is no outdoor seating. Obviously, not a big deal.

The Hotel was in very good condition, considering it's a "Highway" hotel; lots of travelers. It was very clean and appeared to be recently renovated and staff was very helpful. All in all, a good stay. I only have one complaint, no wi-fi! Hard to believe in this day and age. Lots of nearby services and a good value, a good place to stay.

First checked into room 308. The entire floor and the room smelled like mildew. It was so strong that you could not get used to it. Cigarette holes in comforter and sheets, torn comforter with stuffing coming out, a/c did not adjust at all. Moved to room 420 - all the same issues but also no hairdryer, blood stains on sheets and comforter, huge stains on carpet and phone receiver cord could not attach to base. There was a nice man at the desk, and I asked him if I could move to a room where they were not stains on the sheets and he said "they're not fresh stains they just don't come out anymore". Then I left.

Definitely not one to do this but we recently stayed here at the Cranberry location. The check in was amazing. We got to our room and went to use the restroom and this is what we see. There was a clump of long black hair stuck to the wall and lots of cobwebs. We took pictures and took to the front. We asked how often they cleaned and they said everyday. We showed the picture to the front counter and she apologized and gave us a card to call the manager. The next day someone came in and gave us new towels and pulled the blanket upon bed. Never cleaning the issue! So we called the manager and he said that there is nothing he is going to do. We told him we would post the pictures and he said go ahead! So that is what I’m doing. Definitely will never stay here again!!!
