立地も良く、ホテルの裏にはスパがあり、サウナ、スチームルーム、ジャグジー、10mのプールがたったの4ポンドで利用できました。タオルのレンタルは1ポンド追加だったので、午後のリラックスタイムがたったの5ポンドでとてもリーズナブルでした。 ホテル自体は少し古さはありましたが快適でした。その分、部屋は広く、動き回ってもぶつかることなくゆったりと過ごせました。シャワーはバスタブ内にあり、温水は出ましたが熱湯ではありませんでした。洗面台の蛇口は、ひねると爆発するほどの勢いで、洗面台の前に立っている人に水が飛び散るので、非常に優しく、最大出力の10分の1程度しか出さないように注意しました。

かなり悪いレビューをいくつか読んでいたので、少し不安でした。駐車場が問題だと書いてありましたが、私たちは問題ありませんでした。清潔さについても不満がありましたが、全体的には問題ありませんでした。確かに、もう少しリフレッシュした方が良いとは思いますが、全く問題ありませんでした。ベッドはひどいというレビューも読んでいましたが、私はぐっすり眠れましたし、料金に含まれていた朝食も満足できるものでした。 部屋では無料Wi-Fiが利用できませんでしたが、これは最近少し残念な気がします。プールなどの利用も有料で、予想外でした。 立地が良ければ、全体的には満足できると思います。

仮予約したホテルは思っていた以上に綺麗で、設備はとても清潔で衛生的、環境はとても静かで、ホテルの送迎サービスもとても充実しています。これまで宿泊したホテルの中で最高のホテルの一つです。イギリス。次回もここに滞在し、友達に紹介します。

ロケーションが良く、気が向いたら村の素敵な散歩も楽しめます。スピンドルズはこの体験のハイライトでした。スパ、プール、スチームルーム、サウナへのアクセスにより、とてもリラックスした朝を過ごすことができました。駐車場は無料で、スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。

これを見つけてよかった、素敵なちょっとした休憩。 本当にそれを責めることはできませんでした。 魅力的な小さな特徴で海外にいることを思い出しました 👍🏻

The receptionist was very friendly, she upgraded us to a bigger room. The room was clean, I can’t believe for this price the hotel was so nice and convenient

I booked a basic double room in the Lodge. The room was fine at this price point, clean and the bed was comfortable. The reception staff were very helpful and the bar had a good range of food options on the menu. The location is very close to Gatwick Airport, and the hotel had plenty of free parking, just register your number plate at the reception.

Accommodation was basic but functional and clean ,good access from motorway. Good onsite facilities.

Terrible attitude from the front desk staff. The clerk managed to mix up the rooms allocated to our party and then, rather arrogantly, blamed us for swapping rooms, when in reality I had to change rooms because the heater in the original room was not working. I even apologised in case there had been any misunderstanding after a long journey, but instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, she replied that she was also tired. To make matters worse, it later became clear that the confusion stemmed from the room allocation system itself, with room numbers being noted on a piece of paper with handwritten markings. If it had not been for the other member of staff, who remained calm, understanding, and helpful throughout, I would have packed my belongings and left immediately. This is simply not the right way to treat paying guests. Customer service should focus on resolving problems, not shifting blame. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression of what could otherwise have been a pleasant stay

It's quick and easy to get to Gatwick airport from this hotel. It's very basic but has what you need for a short stay.

We paid for a basic double room with breakfast and ended up with the lodge room. It was tiny, couldnt open up our cases. The toilet roll holder was missing the holder and toilet roll keep falling to the ground. Room smelt damp upon entering. As it was a warm day, couldnt sleep well. There was no air conditioning nor a fan. It was so warm. Would not recommend it to any of my friends.

The service was very good as we arrived very late. Was helpful and nice. Easy stay and drive to the airport The bar look big and nice, closed when got there ooo well Nice size room
