This property’s customer service level has decreased significantly since the last time I was there. My flight arrived early in the morning and the front desk attendant wanted to charge me the full rate for one night instead of a prorated rate. Also, the towels in the room were torn on all four sides. In addition, the quality of the food served for breakfast was not the best. The fruit was not fresh and seemed it was the unused fruit from the previous day. I was disappointed.
