A charming hotel located just above the City Centre of Cusco. Room is clean, massive tub w/ shower, and very, very hot water. Had a double queen bed room, spacious with large bath, on fourth floor. Below, on main floor is an open air dining area (breakfast is served here as well). The breakfast is one of the nicest, with fresh juices, breads, cheeses, salami, fruit, flan, tasty coffee with eggs to order. Our waiter, Yonatan, also served us the night before for dinner, and checked out at front reception desk. A very attentive, cheerful and efficient member of the staff. Ask him a question, and he will take the time to respond w/ an answer. After checking out, realized there were a couple items we left in clothes cabinet, returned to hotel and Luis and Judith quickly, in a heart beat, tracked down the items and returned to me…….(thanks to both of you). All in all, a positive and memorable experience. :)

It's a nice place for the money you pay. Our rooms were not ready when we arrived until 30 minutes later. The restaurant needs to improve a lot, but overall, it's a good and affordable place to stay

It was clean n the room service was great.

I thought it was odd that they request my room key to clean the room.

The hotel has a great lobby with all kinds of colorful local artifacts. The staff is very helpful with luggage and accommodation. It is a challenging place for anyone who has difficult walking. There are no elevators in the hotel. The hotel is surrounded by hilly streets with cobblestone sidewalks. Access to restaurants on foot is a steep 10 -15 minute walk. The room was good size and the bed was very comfortable.

Property could be a nice place. Beds are fair, room is spacious, and nice bathrooms with a large shower. But they need to improve on cleaning. Bed sheets had blood and urine stains. Floor not swept or mopped. Hot water takes 4 to 5 minutes, shower drains poorly leaving you in an inch of standing water. Heater in the room did not work. Would not stay again unless massive changes were made.

Foi muito boa a estadia. Hotel com instalações ótimas , camas confortáveis , bom café da manhã porém os funcionários não são tão simpáticos . Creio que precisam de um incentivo maior pra esse trabalho .
