ロレト ブティック ホテル(Loreto Boutique Hotel)

The staff was beyond hospitable. They took really great care of me and my family and always did so promptly and with a smile on their face. I didn't bring a phone with me, so they even helped me print our boarding tickets. The rooms and common areas were very clean. The breakfast every morning was delicious. They stored our bags safely while we were going on tours and spending the nights at different places. The location couldn't be better right in the main plaza with all kinds of restaurants and shops at walking distance. I would 100% recommend staying here.

We stayed here before and after our Salkantay Trek and they were fantastic. They stored our bags for us for the week. The location can’t be beat, literally 5 steps from Plaza de Armas. And the staff was so helpful and attentive. They even helped us get nurses to come to the hotel to get our COVID-19 rapid tests done for return to the US. They went above and beyond to take care of us. Rooms were clean and comfortable, it just took a little while (10-15min) for the water to heat up and the floors were a tick squeaky but nothing that impacted our trip. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Personal muy amable, buen desayuno, habitaciones bien arregladas. Accesible a la plaza de Armas, restaurantes , tiendas, mercados artesanales, áreas turísticas y un ambiente seguro. Su atención fue fundamental para nuestro agrado y estar dispuestos a volver.

Estive nesse hotel por 7 dias, e fiquei encantada com a gentileza e simpatia das recepcionistas Yulissa e Angela, nos ajudaram em todos os quesitos, ficamos muito satisfeitos! A localização deste hotel também é um dos pontos principais, está exatamente na Plaza de armas, o que facilita muito a locomoção, fizemos tudo a pé!

Ficamos hospedados no Loreto boutique e fomos atendidos pela Julissa, sempre muito prestativa e simpática. Ficamos duas vezes, devido o vai e vem de MachoPiccho, nossas malas ficaram guardadas, outro ponto positivo e o lanche para os dias em que não consegue tomar café da manhã devido os horários de passeio.

Melhor custo benefício . Localização excelente há alguns passos da Plaza de armas . Atendimento de excelência . Recepcionistas super acolhedores e prestativos. Uma melhoria no café da manhã . Nos últimos dias não estavam disponíveis no balcão, apesar da atendente ser extremamente solicita e trazer os itens diretamente na mesa.
