We stayed here two nights and were very happy. This is a boutique hotel in a nice square , less than 10 minutes on foot from the main square in Cusco and shopping and restaurants. The rooms are large and comfortable and elegantly appointed, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

There is a lot to like about this hotel. A very old building which has a new life as a hotel. The internal design is really good. All the staff are excellent. Always happy to help. Most speak good English. The rooms are dark inside as they tend to have small windows. Housekeeping is not how it should be. They forgot to put shampoo and shower gel in our room. A dressing gown from a previous guest was left hanging in the wardrobe. An excellent location to explore the area.

This was part of a trip planned in 2020 and postponed three times, so I had paid for the hotel long ago. We stayed at three separate Inkaterra properties, and it's hard to say which was the favorite. La Casona is a strong contender. Beautiful renovated house near Plaza De Armas with traditional Spanish colonial architecture. Small number of guests: maybe 15 rooms? Lovely inner courtyard, carved wooden doors and balconies, and a history of famous occupants (Simon Bolivar). The service was impeccable. Our bathroom was amazing: the same size as our bedroom, with huge soaking tub, two vanities, enormous shower, lots of white marble. We inadvertently stumbled upon the Feast of Corpus Christi, so really enjoyed the spectacle right outside the hotel front door and of course just down the street at the Cathedral. Restaurant only serves guests, very intimate with lovely ambiance and delicious food. Also enjoyed afternoon tea with hot chocolate! Highly recommend.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful and a peaceful oasis in Cusco. The staff could not have been more welcoming, especially Enrique, who went out of his way to connect with us and was incredibly kind. Highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat. Pure magic.

A stunning property, incredible staff, amazing food, and truly special and comfortable rooms. The history of this intimate hotel is extremely interesting. The antiques throughout the property and rooms are absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was inclusive and delicious as was the dinner we had. Highly recommended to those who want a beautiful high end accommodation in a great location close to the square and great restaurants of Cusco.

After staying at Inkaterra Urubamba and Machu Picchu, we took the train and car to this property I Cusco for 2 nights. It was probably the best of the 3. It's in a great location right off the main square and near several great restaurants. We walked all over from there. Our room was nice and the staff was super attentive. There's not much to say about it. Like their other properties, I like hanging in the common areas (rather than my room) while I fired up the laptop to catch up on photo editing and reading my book. Highly recommend.

This is a peaceful getaway in the middle of Cusco’s busy streets. After 4 long flights, we landed here and immediately were taken care of. Amazing services, great facilities and rooms. We loved the hot water bottles at night in bed and the amazing breakfast in the morning. Don’t skip the coca and muña tea time! I would definitely stay at another Inkaterra property after this.
