We enjoyed a great week celebrating our wedding anniversary which the staff at the Alexia made memorable, especially the team at breakfast each morning, the reception staff, the housekeeping with their little personal touch and of course Alex and Stavros at the bar, well done and thanks to you all! The location is very convenient for everything Rhodes town has to offer. There can be a little noise very occasionally nearby at night but it’s a holiday resort, it wasn’t a problem and the environment and relaxing atmosphere made it special, well done team Alexia!! 👍

Had a fantastic 7 day stay at the Alexia. Everything about the hotel is fantastic. Brilliantly placed for Rhodes town restaurants and sightseeing. The hotel staff are very friendly, always have time for a quick chat. The hotel is spotless. Great bar for drinks and lovely meals choice if you want to eat in. Our room had a street view, was ok but not photogenic. There was no street noise at all. The room is a good size for a short stay. Very modern, comfy bed and all the mod cons you need for your stay. Only one complaint, no where to hang your towel after a beach day, could have done with a maiden to hang out your beach wear. Breakfast was included and was delicious, loads of choice. Fresh egg station, omelettes or fried eggs. Greek yogurt and honey. Fresh fruit. Fresh breads, cereals, meats, salads, sausage, bacon we never went hungry all very nice. Coffee machine and juice machine both ok but not the best. All in all would definitely stay again.

This was our 2nd year running staying at this fantastic hotel. It is located close to everything and the rooms are lovely. A special mention to Alex in the bar and angie on reception who both made our stay extra special and became good friends I had emailed asking for the same room as last year and when we arrived they had given us the room and also left us a bottle of wine.we used the spa for the 2nd year which was also great. As we had a late flight we paid to keep a room on and they gave us a junior suite for our last day which was amazing. We had a brilliant stay and will definitely be back.

Beatiful and clean hotel, great room, very close to beach and center,good breakfast, the only problem is the fact that the hotel is very close to a very busy and weird street, full of weird bars, very noisy zone,if you want to sleep with the windows open, you cant do that, but after all 4 from 5 stars

The hotel was clean, staff very approachable and friendly and willing to help with anything asked of them, there was entertainment on two nights of our stay that were very good, the pebble beach close by was good as I don’t like sand!! Plenty of restaurants on hand that were good

This was probably the best hotel I've stayed at over the many trips to Rhodes. The room was very nice and had balcony and there was an excellent big buffet breakfast. I was not troubled with noise which is mentioned in other reviews. The location was perfect for walking to the old Crusader era fortified city.

We stayed for three nights and found the hotel impeccable. The food was great, the staff were amazing. if I had a complaint it would be the bed it was a little hard for my liking but the rooms are nicely decorated we had a sea view between the blocks of properties in the front of the building. If I was ever in Rhodes again I would definitely stay there again. i mentioned the great food it is well presented and extremely tasty. the chef is a woman whose name I cannot remember but she can cook. I also mentioned the staff and other than the chef I have to say a big thanks to Stavros our waiter who could not do enough to make our dining experience a great night. There was also Alex he was like a walking tour guide he gave us lots of information, thanks all.

I was travelling with my girlfriend which i was going to propose to. I was managing our visit with hotel reception via e-mail. They were really helpful and offered room decoration for an engagement. When we arrived they gave us a room upgrade for this special occasion. Mrs. Meltem from reception was taking care about everything and when we left hotel she prepared our room. Decoration was romantic and beautiful. The whole hotel was really nice the room was very clean, cosy and nice looking. In hotel room you can use mini-bar and watch TV series on TV using your mobile phone (via screen mirroring). We also booked breakfasts so every morning we could eat a very tasty food. There is a big choice of sweet and savoury food. Tasteful coffee and really good juices. People working in the hotel were really nice for us and helpful. We really recommend this hotel to stay in while visiting Rhodes.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mercure Hotel to celebrate my girlfriend's 25th birthday, and I can't express how impressed I am with our entire experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff at Mercure went above and beyond to make our stay truly exceptional. We were warmly welcomed at check-in, and they even surprised us with a room upgrade, which made the occasion even more special.
