Super 8 by Wyndham Cypress Buena Park Area

You can consider this hotel if you don’t find better one. It is proper to stay one day.

Check in was okay but then we got into our room ans it smelled like sewage. I dont normally complain but it was so bad that I asked to move rooms. We get to the next room and it was filthy. The bed was made by with dirty blankets. The couch in the room was covered in hand prints that no one bothered to wipe down. So they moved us again. The 3rd room was cleaner. Scratchy thin sheets, scratchy thin towels, What you expect at a cheap motel. But the first two rooms.. Also the "free breakfast" is stale cereal, bananas and coffee the airport wouldnt serve.

When checking in the person at the front desk burped loudly while he was helping me and didn’t even excuse himself. One of our queen beds didn’t have a fitted sheet. The breakfast was skimpy which was ok but coffee was running out and when we asked for more coffee to be made the worker was rude like I inconvenienced him.

The front desk clerk was amazing! However, we booked a non smoking room but it actually smelled terrible, like the cigarette smell was penetrated in the walls and drapes. The bathroom smelled especially bad. It was a bit noisy at night, and walls are paper thin. The staff was great though. Take cash since they only take cash deposit.

Stayed here before, nice rooms, very clean and quiet. Staff very friendly. Will definitely come back !

My family and I were able to book the last room last min on New Year’s Eve. Room was reasonably priced for two queen beds on a holiday. The room was very nice. Actually superb compared to what we thought we’d get for a Super 8. We did end up on the 3rd floor so for my Autistic 5 year old son, being so close to the fireworks was not great for him. There was a strand of hair in the tub and the ends o one bed warmed like the maid rushed to get the room done. There was a fridge and a microwave that had a burned smelled to it upon opening the heater worked great and the hot water was good. We would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel it was really clean and comfortable it was really quiet I would definitely stay there again theres a lot of shopping centers places for you to go eat, staff was friendly I would give it 10 stars ..
